COUPLES WHO PRAY TOGETHER, STAY TOGETHER. The National Association of Marriage led a study that found that couples who prayed together on a daily basis - less than 1% of those couples would end up getting a divorce. Only 1 out of 1156 couples ended up in divorce - that’s 0.08%... Prayer unites you with your spouse because it shifts the focus from yourselves and back where it belongs - onto God. Prayer reminds husband and wife that they are partners, not opponents. Prayer keeps Christ at the center of the marriage. Amos 3:3 says “Can two walk together, unless they have agreed?” We end prayer with “AMEN,” - which means “WE AGREE.” Prayer is when you and your spouse come into agreement. If you want to walk together, if you want to be united, if you don’t want to end in divorce - you must be a marriage who prays together.  Charles Spurgeon said “Happy is the household, which meets every morning for prayer! Happy are they who let not the evening depart without uniting in supplication!”

What happens when young people are given the space to speak, share and shape the policies that affect their lives? The Youth Dialogue brings young people together to identify priorities, share experiences and turn their voices into actionable policy recommendations.

What does democracy mean to you? 👀 Today on the International day of Democracy, we asked young people this question. Their answers remind us that democracy is more than casting a vote. It is about having a voice, being heard, and being part of the decisions that shape our future

It was an exciting opportunity leading the team to explore partners and opportunities while sharing best practices with the team!
As part of membership strengthening and collaboration, AfriYAN Ghana Secretariat paid a working visit in August to ProActif Global in Kumasi. The meeting allowed for both partners to engage and discussion areas of mutual improvement

Why did they choose to become mentors? Because sometimes, having someone who listens, understands, and believes in you can make all the difference. 💙 Meet the people choosing to show up for the next generation. #MyMentorMyPal #MMMP #MentorshipMatters
