Thank you, genuinely. As a member of the Foundation Council, I am glad to see it confirmed publicly that the Council will review the proposal. To be concrete about what I asked for: three seats on the Foundation board for people with deep protocol engineering experience, chosen through an open search. Board seats with a vote, not an advisory role. The people who build SKALE should help decide where it goes. I have asked for this to be taken up this month. I am confident the Council will do the right thing.
Stan has been an integral part of SKALE’s journey since the very beginning, and we want to recognize and thank him for his extraordinary contributions over the past eight years. From co-founding SKALE to helping build and develop the technology that powers the network today, his dedication and technical leadership have played an important role in shaping the ecosystem. SKALE has always been an open-source project, and we believe its greatest strength lies in the people and organizations contributing to its development. We are pleased that Stan intends to continue building and contributing to SKALE. Having more developers, contributors, and businesses working on SKALE from different organizations is very good for the ecosystem. We also appreciate Stan’s suggestions regarding the composition of the SKALE Foundation board. The Foundation Council will carefully review and consider his proposal, including the role of technical expertise in supporting the network’s future. As a charitable, nonprofit organization, the NODE Foundation exists to support the protocol and its mission and development. Its responsibility is to act in the long-term interests of the ecosystem, and constructive input from contributors, validators, developers, and community members is an important part of that process. We look forward to seeing Stan continue contributing to SKALE, alongside the many other individuals and organizations helping move the network forward.

bankr indexes are a new onchain primitive, and i think they’re foundational. memes paired with stocks showed people want stock exposure onchain. indexes take it a level deeper: the token is the stocks. we've seen index tokens before, so what makes this next level? > no LP. a uniswap v4 hook buys the basket on every buy and mints the index. creators can launch an index without seeding liquidity. > fees go to holders by backing more stock. the holder cut of every trade stays in the basket as stock, so each MAG7 is backed by a little more after every trade. nothing to claim. > decentralized rebalancing. no manager market-selling. the index runs dutch auctions anyone can fill, with 48h notice first. a note if you’re speculating: MAG7 isn’t priced like a memecoin. its price is the value of the stocks it holds, shown live as "backing" on the bankr trade page. buying on bankr mints new MAG7 at that price, so buys don’t pump it. it moves with the 7 stocks. other pools can trade above or below the backing until arbs close the gap, and buying above it means paying more than it’s backed by. it’s early. right now i’m the only one creating indexes. soon anyone can create their own. until then, swap on bankr to go straight through the hook at the basket’s price.
just bought the mag 7 on robinhood chain. deployed MAG7 this evening, the first index on bankr: one token backed by a basket of up to 20 tokens. and on MAG7, the trading fees go to the holders. every buy, a uniswap v4 hook buys all 7 stocks from their own pools and mints MAG7. every sell burns MAG7 and sells the basket. one transaction either way. the index itself needs no LP, so creators don’t need to provide liquidity to launch one. it’s already in the pools of the tokens it holds. this isn’t possible without uniswap hooks. the fees: MAG7 charges 0.50% a trade. i set my creator cut to 0, so 0.30% of every buy and sell goes back into the basket for holders, and 0.20% to the protocol. nobody claims anything. it’s released into the basket over 24h, so after every trade each MAG7 is backed by a little more. creators pick a fee of 0.25–1% at launch and it never changes. the index never market-sells when rebalancing. it runs dutch auctions, offering what it holds too much of at a price that starts good for holders and gets cheaper every minute until someone fills it. anyone can fill. every rebalance gets 48h notice, so holders can leave first. you can always swap MAG7 back for the 7 stocks directly. no fee, works without bankr, can’t be paused. i also seeded a small USDG/MAG7 pool on uniswap so it shows up on dexscreener. but buy on bankr. it goes straight through the hook, which mints new MAG7 at the basket’s price, as deep as the 7 stocks’ own pools rather than my small one. hook trades are also the ones that pay holders. if the pool drifts, arbs close the gap. it’s early. we’re getting the hook supported in wallets and aggregators before the full rollout. right now it’s just me creating indexes. soon anyone can make their own on base or robinhood. and then: pairing. you’ll be able to launch a token paired with an index. buying your coin buys the index, the index buys the basket, and your creator fees come in the index. buying MAG7 on bankr isn’t available in the US or UK.

TO SKALE community: I stepped down as CTO and board director of SKALE Labs, the company I co-founded in 2017. I remain a member of the Council of the SKALE Foundation, and I want to explain what I am asking the Foundation to do, because I think the community should weigh in. SKALE is a protocol. It runs because of a small team of engineers who have shipped it, debugged it, and kept it live for years. They understand what is technically possible and what is not. Today none of them sits on the Foundation board. I believe that is a mistake. A protocol foundation whose board has no builders on it will make decisions about roadmaps, grants, and network economics without the people who have to make those decisions work. That is how protocols drift. The good ones, from Ethereum to Cosmos, keep engineers at the table where the long-term direction is set. My proposal is simple: expand the Foundation board by three seats, filled by people with deep software and protocol engineering backgrounds. I have put this proposal to the Foundation formally. I will share what I am able to share as it proceeds. What I am asking of you today is only this: if you agree that the people who build SKALE should help govern it, say so publicly. Validators, delegators, dApp teams, and token holders are who the Foundation exists to serve, and your voice matters to the outcome. In the meanytime I am going to keep building SKALE.

Do whatever you want with your $BNKR reflections… just don’t ignore them altogether! Nicely done @toastonbase 👏 $BRB ♻️ $BNKR
13,000 Toast burned. Just under $100. And $50 more added to our Toast/ETH LP as whale food. All coming from Treasury DeFi income. Most this week from $BRB @JimmyJames760 Not huge numbers right? But we do this every week. For the past 2+ years.

@bankrbot quick question about the programmable NFT’s on Base known as OK Computers. can we turn individual OK Computers into living, yield-bearing treasuries? Doesn’t every OK Computer have its own unique EVM address via ERC-6551? Can an individual ok computers hold $BRB and a BRB Club Card inside to earn $BNKR reflections and weekly airdrops? Could we add an OKC Vault tab to the BRB app where Bankr wallets can view their computer, sweep or claim dividends, and deposit or withdraw $BRB in 1 click? Could we also build an okc-vault
skill so holders can manage their computer vault straight from chat? If someone buys that loaded OKC on opensea, do they automatically get full ownership of the vault and every asset inside? Control of the okc wallet? break down how the mechanics work and if it all checks out let's send 420,000 $BRB and purple brb club card #334 into OK Computer #70's ERC-6551 token bound account (vault: 0x37dABf1331A5A64C7F983469B2706481FeB954F0, derived from collection 0xce2830932889c7fb5e5206287c43554e673dcc88, token id 70)

he made an entire nft collection from the timeline with a single tweet using @bankrbot incredible. the ah hah moment of agents for mainstream adoption is when you do something, once complex, that is now so easy you couldn't imagine doing it an other way.
Hey @bankrbot can you create an NFT collection called Hood Turtles on Robinhood with the art being 32 bit sideways walking turtles with a bunch of different traits and cool backgrounds? Mint price of 0.001 ETH, max supply of 2222, max mints per wallet of 20, and max creator mints of 20 Use this skill for creating NFT collections netprotocol.app/skill.md Make sure to verify the contract you deploy as well

"Bankr is obviously a whole different kind of staking - it's basically a revenue share from a thriving business that's handled over $5.5 Billion in volume. Everything is verifiable onchain so you know exactly where your yield is coming from."
I've been super impressed with the staking program that @bankrbot and @0xDeployer rolled out this week. See what makes it different!

Most of the Realms are still sleeping. 78 already clawed their way out. 588 still waiting in the dark. You don’t get to choose what finds you. You only decide if you’re ready to pull. Blind mint. Pure chaos. Still 3.14 XTZ. Who’s waking the next one?

The Fed is about to repeat its worst mistake from 1973, and Wall Street is cheering it on: - Brent just broke $100 for the first time since May. Diesel hit a record $6 a gallon. Both because the Iran war shut down the Strait of Hormuz. - A quarter-point hike doesn't reopen that shipping lane. It doesn't refine a single gallon of fuel. Ending the war does this. - The only thing it touches is demand, and the only way higher rates bring energy prices down is by beating the economy into submission until people stop spending (in 6 months.) - In 1973, the Fed tried exactly this. Tightened into an oil shock expecting to look tough on inflation, and got a recession stacked on double-digit inflation instead. - Nobody in Washington has figured out the difference between a supply problem and a demand problem in 50 years. Raise rates now and you haven't fixed the oil shock. You've built a second one, and this one's homemade.
