Dragonix's Deadly Denizens IV (5.5e) is live and funded! Yesterday, Dragonix's Deadly Denizens Volume IV (5.5e) officially launched, and thanks to your incredible support, it funded successfully 28 minutes after! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who backed the project yesterday! Your enthusiasm and generosity continue to make these books possible, and I truly appreciate every pledge, comment, share, and word of encouragement. If you haven't backed yet, or know someone who might be interested, there are still 48 hours remaining to take advantage of the Early Bird Special before it disappears. Early Bird backers also receive a chance to win a Drawn Into Battle reward, making this the best time to jump aboard (link in comments).

Deadly Denizens IV October Art Preview #3: Here's our third art preview for Dragonix's Deadly Denizens Volume IV October issue, featuring a deadly monk of the Order of the Ebon Lotus! This secretive and sinister monastic order worships deities of death and plague, practicing forbidden martial arts that combine poisonous strikes, necrotic energy, and mystical lotus petals that can paralyze and devastate their enemies. The issue will feature four statblocks representing the order's increasingly dangerous members: Ebon Lotus Initiate, Ebon Lotus Disciple, Ebon Lotus Master, and Ebon Lotus Grandmaster!

Deadly Denizens IV October Art Preview #2: Originating from Scandinavian folklore, the Gulon is a monstrous, insatiably ravenous beast notorious for its grotesque feeding habits, devouring entire carcasses. Resembling an enormous, shaggy, cross between a bear and a wolverine with powerful claws, fearsome jaws, and a bushy tail, this terrifying predator is as formidable as it is repulsive. Driven by an unrelenting hunger, the gulon is especially dangerous when it scents blood, and its horrifying presence and foul-smelling musk make encounters with it all the more nightmarish.

Deadly Denizens Vol. IV October Art Preview #1: Kicking off October’s art previews is the legendary/mythic exclusive Zmey dragon, a fearsome three-headed dragon rooted in Slavic mythology and folklore. Zmeys are often depicted as powerful, serpentine dragons associated with fire, storms, and supernatural might. The zmey dragon brings all three heads to bear in battle, with one head able to unleash a searing line of fire each round! Also worth mentioning is the adventurers are the characters of the backers who bought and won the Drawn Into the Battle raffle from Kickstarter!

Monster Manual Expanded 5.5e Roll20 Compendium will be unleashed on October 6! You can grab it at the @roll20app marketplace or at @dms_guild! #roll20 #dmsguild

Deadly Denizens IV Sept Art Preview #2: The Blutsauger is a grotesque and horrific undead creature from Central European folklore, particularly German-speaking traditions. It is often described as a large, bloated, and hairy mass of corpse flesh with no bone structure. It embodies the older folkloric image of vampirism: said to rise from the grave and prey upon the living by draining their blood. If you're looking for a new undead creature to give your adventurers pause, the blutsauger should meet your needs.

Deadly Denizens IV Sept Art Preview #1: Death dogs were among the top choices in my Patreon's most requested creature poll, so this month’s issue will feature three new types: Infernal, Winter, and Abyssal. Each will have up to four variants in the September issue.

Deadly Denizens IV Aug Art Preview #2: The wight template, and up to 13 monstrous wight variants, will now be part of the upcoming Deadly Denizens IV!

Deadly Denizens IV Aug Art Preview #1: The Bruxa Hag is August's first art preview! Hailing from Iberian folklore, the bruxa is a nightmarish, vampire-like fey that stalks the fringes of rural settlements to feed on the blood of infants, children, and pregnant women, out of a spiteful envy of mortal fertility. Using dark magic, she slips into locked homes and incapacitates her victims before sinking her fangs into their jugular to drain them.
