We had to notify some BrandPop affiliates that, after an extended period without sales or referrals, their cards would be removed from active circulation. We know that doesn’t feel good to hear, and it definitely didn’t feel good to send. This decision is NOT about exiling anyone from BrandPop. You’re still part of this community. Your card isn’t being destroyed or forgotten—it’s simply being archived until referrals begin again. As BrandPop continues to grow, we have to make decisions that allow us to remain sustainable. Every card in circulation requires printing, materials, sorting, packing, inventory space, and time. Continuing to produce cards indefinitely for accounts that aren’t generating activity simply isn’t something we can sustainably do. Most importantly: the door is NOT closed. 💚 Once referrals start coming in again, your card can go right back into circulation. We built BrandPop to support creators, and that hasn’t changed. Sometimes supporting a growing community also means making difficult decisions that protect the future of the company so we can continue doing this for everyone.
