. @Halfords_uk can you tell me the point of booking a 10:30am slot for a tyre check? The website said it’ll take an hour. Staff on reception say it’ll take 2 hours which isn’t an issue. Go back after 2 hours and they hadn’t even started my car!!?? What an absolute waste of time.
