It was a catastrophic mistake to order birthday present for kiddo through the scam racket called @flipkartsupport @Flipkart Chasing them since days. The AI bot is EXTREMELY SORRY, which might be the response here too, but no resolution. The platform is dead, forever.
Everyone, stay away from @flipkartsupport don’t buy anything from them. In fact, remove the app
My iPad Pro got stolen in Metro couple of years ago. @DelhiPolice had to close the investigations since @OfficialDMRC did not share footage with cops. The FindMy feature was active and the device was then turned off near Gaffar Market.
My phone was stolen on Barakhamba Road. Find My shows its live location, and I’m chasing it on bikes with @DelhiPolice right now, but it’s moving fast and hard to catch. Can anyone help? 🙏
Entire @flipkart and @flipkartsupport team are full of people who have no clue about servicing consumers. I even offered to pick my order through Porter, staff can't help. AI generated responses here and on call are useless. Have to file a formal complaint.
Placed an order 8 days ago to Gurgaon. Original delivery: 12 Oct. Then 15 Oct. Now pushed again to 16 Oct.

Check the reply section of @flipkartsupport and then it becomes clear why this app is unreliable. Everyone has issues with the delivery.

I admire @HDFCBank_Cares tactics. A call comes, in half a second, gets disconnected before you can take it. Then, the bank goes extra mile to send you a text, WhatsApp and an email that, "MISSED CALL ALERT: Your Relationship Manager tried to get in touch with you."
This issue has travelled to the Supreme Court long back. Thankfully I was a part of the petition of Mr. Mahesh Bhatt for this. The rule is, smoking can be shown if it is in the script for the character but no performer can glorify it.
