Kudos to NTIA: New BEAD guidelines could let states use unlicensed spectrum - as it should now that 6 GHz band gives wireless ISPs ~850 megahertz of capacity to combine with #CBRS etc.

🙌This year @InnovationCoSB is embracing travel + training a bit differently! Our focus is on deep cross-city learning and relationship building. We're going to cities with similar projects, tech stacks, and challenges.
✈️This week was our first site visit in Syracuse, NY
These visits have a "Give-Get-Collaborate" format: each city learns something, shares something, and then we we work on something together. Topics for this week included #datagovernance, enterprise #GIS #AMS, #performancemanagement, and IT #projectmanagement best practices 💪
Big thanks to Nico in Syracuse, NY for plotting with me and thank you to @BloombergCities for planting the seed a year ago about cross-city learning and replication 🎉
