Would love to get a huge framed poster of this art for the study but I'm afraid the kid would be scared of it lol

every time i see this incredible clip I suddenly start feeling like I need to watch all 100 of those CG RE movies but my strong suspicion is that this is by far the coolest thing that ever happens in any of them

One of the most harrowing survival thrillers ever made; a tender, bittersweet ode to female friendship; a piercing examination of the psychology of colonialism; and four long-awaited restorations from around the globe.
if you've never cried in a Godzilla movie before I have to assume you haven't seen like 50% of them lol
#GodzillaMinusZero had a hell of a lot to live up to following Minus One, but by god it does. A totally different beast, this sequel is full of fully realised human characters you actually care about, and some utterly breathtaking kaiju action brought to life with some of the best visual effects you could see. Had the pleasure of seeing this at the BFI IMAX and Takashi Yamazaki really does make use of the larger scale with some spine-chilling moments. I never thought I'd cry at a Godzilla film yet here we are...
the Affleck directed Batman movie is obviously a massive loss but the concept of a Batman movie set in Arkham with Deathstroke as the main villain is puzzling to say the least
Ben Affleck had a solo Batman movie planned. He says Justice League killed his desire to make it.
The plan: Arkham Asylum, with Deathstroke as the main villain.
Then came the reshoots. On Happy Sad Confused, he called them the low point of his career.
His sharpest words were for how Zack Snyder's exit was handled.
Snyder had stepped away after a family tragedy, and Joss Whedon took over. Affleck says the reason was used as an excuse.
What he took from it: he saw how not to make a movie like that, when the studio is at odds with the filmmaker.
Warner later funded Snyder to finish his own four-hour cut. Affleck came back as Batman in it.
My read: by Affleck's account, Warner replaced Snyder to fix the film, lost the Batman movie, then paid for Snyder's cut anyway.
Which cost DC more: replacing Snyder, or losing Affleck's Batman movie?
