Anybody else having issues with @tescobankhelp regarding getting paperwork for a SAVER account? My partner has transferred the money but with no form for two weeks has no access to it! How hard can it be? Youβve tried twice, failed twice!
Buzzing to be standing in for @JohnDalziel at @Coventry_City today as announcer! Little wonder that JD never tires of this privilege after 20 years!
I have sadly had really poor customer experience at my local @blacks_online store. The customer care email doesnβt go to a team member, so who do I contact directly at head office?
Does anybody from @HotpointUK read these posts?
Paying for aftercare insurance and after two weeks since reporting a fault my in-laws (both in their 80βs) are left with no washing machine and no date of repairβ¦
Customer service seems sadly lacking
@wizzair Flight from Prague due to depart at 13.25, now expected at 20.15. A fresh delay every hour keeping people in the dark, just be open and realistic rather than string along your customers an hour at a time. #customerservice is lacking. Communication is king. Β£5 compo???
How difficult is it to talk to a human at @virginmedia ?
Automatic routing doesn't work for our query. We want to just talk to a real person!
Customer service is person to person, you can't have an intelligent conversation with IVR.
I have never liked Marinas but I'm tempted just for the window sticker! @Stuart_Linnell #MerciaSound #Coventry
RIP Steve Wright / DJ Silly Boy. The Godfather, he was legendary in the same breath as Sir Terry, in the 80's you were my after school club, latterly you were my companion on the road.
Thank you for being my friend. Serious grievin, no G!
