@AmericanExpress @Uber @FTC seems weird that to place an uber eats order Uber tries to force me to accept new terms which include a waiver of rights to a class action suit which seems to be pending… can't use my Amex credit without coercing me into bullshit terms and conditions. Seems shady AF!!!

Add to it they are coercing my into accepting these BS terms and I can't use the gift card value in my account.
