إعلان هام 📣 تم رصد خلل تقني نتج عنه تكرار خصم بعض معاملات بطاقات الخصم المباشر لعدد من المتعاملين. وقد جرى التعامل مع الخلل بشكل فوري، وبدأت عمليات الاسترجاع دون تأخير. نأسف لهذا الإزعاج، ونؤكد التزامنا الدائم بتقديم تجربة مصرفية موثوقة ومتميزة. شكرًا لتفهمكم وثقتكم. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 We have identified an issue that may have resulted in the duplicate posting of some debit card transactions for some of customers The reversal process has been initiated with immediate effect and is expected to be completed at the earliest We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued trust

أنا عميل لدى بنك دبي الاسلامي منذ ١٠ أعوام، وسبق لي التعامل مع العديد من البنوك ولكن لم يسبق لي التعامل مع موظف خدمة عملاء باحترافية ومعرفة واخلاص الموظف أمجد حمّاد في فرعكم الرئيسي/ديرة. جزيل الشكر والعرفان للسيد أمجد على مجهوده الكبير وسرعة استجابته في حل المشكلة 🙏 @DIBsupport
