I’m feeling really disheartened (and angry) with the current state of the arts. It feels utterly hopeless trying to navigate a sector that won’t admit its fundamentally broken & needs a seismic shift from the model it operates within.
A 🧵of things.

2015: Had a nervous breakdown & moved to Mallorca
2016: Came back to the UK as my relationship ended
2020: Built a mens mental health subscription box biz
> Fought in family court to stop my son moving country
2021: Trained as a Somatic Coach
2022: Finally went to therapy
2023: A Somatic Coach & my son is back in the UK
Life isn't linear.
Challenges are inevitable.
If I gave up in 2016, I wouldn't be where I am now; holding space for others to navigate their own lives through the gift of somatic coaching.
Use your challenges as lessons to excel you forward.
They build you up to be who you are today.
