Let’s just say — the Derrick Rose comparison I made before his senior year is aging very well. Back then, I noted that Kingston had the tools of a future lottery pick. He’s explosive, poised, and built to lead — not just blend in. That vision came into full focus last year at The Noble Classic, when he dropped 46 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 steals to take down nationally ranked Dynamic Prep in an overtime thriller. He wasn’t just the best player on the floor — he was the one who decided the outcome. Fast forward to now, halfway through his freshman season at Houston, and Kingston has proven he’s that guy. He’s not the type of player you build with — he’s the player you build around. A franchise cornerstone with star presence and elite takeover ability. When you line up his college numbers against Derrick Rose’s season at Memphis — the same Derrick Rose who became the youngest MVP in NBA history — the comparison holds. In fact, Kingston has been superior in multiple categories, especially in terms of overall efficiency. With the U.S. still searching for its next American-born MVP since James Harden in 2018, Kingston’s early college dominance should have NBA front offices paying very close attention. ✍️ 👑 NOBLE | Be Legendary. ⚔️
