It’s been 63 days since my YouTube channel, @TharealOrbz, was mistakenly terminated for Spam.
I just submitted another appeal and was told to refer to my previous rejection. I still haven't received a specific explanation of what content violated the policy.
I lost the community I worked so hard to build, along with my other channels. Behind this termination is a real person who deserves a clear explanation.

To some of the previous comments stating YouTube’s already dm’d me. I got automated responses. Not a human, I’m requesting a human review rather than just another ai bot response.
I believe there was a mistake for my account termination as I’ve had no previous strikes or warnings.

You genuinely can’t make this up.
After a month of chasing support, @TeamYouTube finally got back to me saying their policy team had reviewed my case again.
And now apparently I violated the SPAM policy???
How do you review the same channel twice and somehow come back with two completely different reasons for terminating it?
Years of work, my entire livelihood gone, and they can’t even tell me what policy I supposedly broke.
I’m honestly speechless at this point.

Official Day 3 of asking @TeamYouTube to get a human to look over my account ban and let me know what I actually did to justify the ban and how I can remedy it.
I still have not been told what I actually did wrong, just forwarded their sex and nudity policy with no further context.
Being a YouTube creator has changed my life for the better and all I aim to do is make others smile and create safe spaces for people!

Even though i got my channels back. I lost all momentum.
So let’s get this straight.
Youtube terminated me, i fought for months, then one day they decided the termination was error on all of my channels.
I lost all momentum and progress i made and somehow its not even my fault.
getting my channels back doesn’t justify what happened, creators are still losing their channels and getting demonetized unfairly everyday.

I want to explain why my channel, Wondercore65, did NOT violate the sex and nudity policy and why my case was not reviewed properly by the time they rejected my appeal without any specification of which content violated the policy. Keep in mind, I already did explain more information in my appeal video that is pinned here. My video containing my YouTube files from Google Takeout files is in this post.
My channel had over 6,000 subscribers (I don’t know the exact number.) I had the channel since March 16, 2018. My content consisted of animations, including mostly grounded videos created with platforms like GoAnimate and Plotagon, gaming videos, movie and TV show reviews, physical media content, fanmade openings (since January 2026), and a few other videos you might find on there before it was terminated. All of the remaining content I had on my channel, as well as my remaining livestreams and community posts, had no explicit signs of nudity or sexual material. They are basically mild or clean with no issues. Other than the expired warning, my channel had a clean history without ever receiving actual strikes. I never had any malicious intent to violate YouTube’s community guidelines regarding my content, not even briefly.
I respectfully request that YouTube MUST assign a real human being to manually review my channel because I have been dealing with nothing but vague responses, ignorance, and gaslighting by YouTube support. If you believe creators deserve fair reviews and transparent appeal processes rather than automated rejections, please Like, Retweet, and Tag @TeamYouTube.
