So .. in basketball, you make it to the league and you play you first years with your athleticism leading, then you play another 5-10 with your back to the basket.. (or used to).. But in football, when you turn 30ish your athleticism is gone and your washed.. Why Football??

I mean, understandable to those that choose or are forced to bow out. And, this is less about the players and more about the BUSINESS of the game of football. 30 is old in the league. But, I feel like we have more Tom Brady stories

I feel like we have more guys that want to keep going but they get "phased out" bc they're "old".. I don't get why the game treats the guys that make it what it is that way. All in the name of business?? We need to do better football

Winning is the end goal, but instead of focusing on winning, focus on doing the things necessary to win. See, a true winner is in love with the PROCESS of winning bc it's in the process that winning is cultivated. Stop looking at the end goal and focus on the process‼️‼️
