Our WE values will stand for W - E
Win Everything
We know that's not possible, but everything we put our hands on and our heart behind we're going to pursue for excellence.
You can only build great things when people come together for something bigger than themselves.

“Be responsible for your own self determination.
You’ve gotta earn it.
Don’t look at somebody else - don’t blame somebody else- you be responsible and have accountability for what your job is and what you need to do.”
If you don’t own it, you will never earn it.

Players who have competitive maturity understand the immeasurable value of collective responsibility. When athletes embrace collective responsibility, they commit to consistent effort, honest communication, and mutual respect.

What pieces to the student athlete puzzle do you need to work on most?🧩
What are you missing all together?
You always have to ask yourself - “is what I am doing helping or hindering my opportunities? Are my habits worth investing in?”

Prepare for the hard times and enjoy the good. Your character is never defined by what was done when things were easy. It’s all about how you handle the adversity that inevitably comes. Handle your business with exceptional positive character

@AvarieM24 is definitely one of the most athletic white girls i've ever 👀. She has a pull up jumper like a professional.

You will have a bad moment, a bad play, a bad decision. This is life.
The best don't let it turn into 2 bad plays, 2 bad moments, 2 bad decisions. They don't let it snowball. They reset, refocus and get back in the game.
This is the battle and it is won or lost in the mind.

Players have to be taught to deal with the stresses & emotions of their sport. A college coach shouldn’t be the first person to teach them discipline, tell them they need to work harder or hold them accountable. Kids who aren’t equipped will crumble & fall when their truth hits!
