16% of youth age out of DC’s foster system without permanent family support — leaving them vulnerable to serious risks. A group of former foster youth in DC set out to change that. Their vision just became law with the SOUL Act, legislation passed and funded by the DC Council.

Team CFSA arrived in duos, trios, & squads for Twin Day last week as part of Wellness Wednesdays! Twin Day focused on connection, encouraging everyone to pair up, team up, & have fun to strengthen our community and create lasting memories.
