BREAKING: The NCAA is officially adopting the age-based eligibility structure, giving players 5 years to play 5 seasons from either when they enroll or from the season they turn 19 (whichever comes first).
The Division I cabinet was unanimous in their vote for the new model.
Fired up to present on the college baseball recruiting process tonight at BYU. Most beautiful baseball field backdrop I’ve seen. A big thank you to @CPL_Utah ! #hustlealwaysplays

The DI Board of Directors directed the DI Cabinet to continue work on the age-based, 5-year eligibility concept.
Big note: Players who exhausted eligibility this year under current rules - even those 4-year seniors - will not receive an additional/5th season. Not retroactive.
Holden Peacock @holdenpeacock1 ( DCAT & OWB alum) hit walk-off 2 strike missle (4-6 on the day) for Macalester in extras in riveting 8-7 win. Great to see him and OWB alum Josh Planko. Both having awesome seasons. @OldWorldBBall
So great to catch up with Twins Baseball Operations Chief Jeremy Zoll (was Youngest GM in baseball at 34!) @twins during the Twins/Sox game! One of my all-time favorite players to coach. Most relentless work ethic I’ve seen. #hustlealwaysplays

Outstanding come from behind win @OldWorldBBall down 5-1 v Germany in the 6th. Put up 6 with 2 outs and pulled it off 10-8. Great team effort! #hustlealwaysplays
After multiple flight cancellations from DC (after Headfirst Camp) and over 30 hrs of delays/re-schedulings, I was able to get to Copenhagen (what a city!) en route to meet the Old World Baseball Team in Venice Sunday @OldWorldBBall. Love it here, but can’t wait to play some ball. Happy 4th!
