Everybody wants the outcome.
Stronger.
Faster.
Better.
More successful.
Better relationships.
A stronger community.
But very few people want everything that comes with earning it.
The outcome is visible.
The work usually isn't.
🧵
Here's the uncomfortable question:
Does your daily work match the outcome you say you want?
Not your intentions.
Not your goals.
Not what you tell people.
Your actual actions.
Because eventually, your habits expose what you're truly committed to.

Be careful whose content you take and run with.
A lot of coaches with big followings spend more time marketing themselves and regurgitating other coaches’ content than actually coaching athletes face to face.
I have not scrolled past any video on the timeline that are replaying the videos from 9/11
I was in 4th grade , at home sick for the day, and watching all of this take place without the tru emotional understanding I have 25 years later.
