Let me make something absolutely clear.
I am not a Zionist - not in any way, shape, or form. I am an Arab. My roots are in Bahrain, I was born in Saudi Arabia, and I live in the UAE. My family spans generations across all three countries. On top of that, I am also a British citizen - a nationality I hold with honor, especially given my years working alongside UK security forces. It was a privilege, and an eye-opening chapter of my life.
So no, I don’t carry any Zionist affiliation.
But let me now ask the question I rarely hear answered honestly:
Why should I support groups like Hamas, the PFLP, or other Palestinian factions that have long embraced terrorism - even when their targets have been us, the Gulf Arabs?
Let’s look at reality:
•Israel has never fired a single bullet at any GCC country — not at Saudi Arabia, not at Bahrain, not at Kuwait, not at the UAE, not even at Qatar or Oman. Not even a BB gun.
•Meanwhile, Palestinian terrorist groups have assassinated our diplomats, hijacked our planes, bombed our embassies, and worked hand-in-hand with our enemies — even as we offered them political, financial, and moral support for decades.
•And now? Hamas and its allies have fully aligned with the Ayatollahs of Iran, our true existential enemy - the same regime that has plotted coups in Bahrain, that has flooded the region with missiles and militias, and that has openly declared its intent to topple our governments and destroy our societies.
Let’s remember - it wasn’t Israel that launched thousands of drones and ballistic missiles on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
It was Iran.
Through the Houthis.
With Hezbollah operatives.
With Hamas blessings.
And with Iranian weapons.
So why should I betray my own people, my own security, my own dignity - to support a group that would see us fall, just to serve Tehran’s ambitions?
No, I am not a Zionist.
But the Zionists are NOT my enemy.
My enemies are in Tehran, in Beirut, in Sana’a, and - yes - among those Palestinian factions who turned against the very hands that once fed them.
This is not about being trendy or emotional. This is about loyalty, logic, and survival.
In the thread below, I’ve listed decades’ worth of attacks Palestinian terrorists have carried out against the Gulf nations - despite all we gave them.
Read it.
And maybe then you’ll understand why many of us have stopped pretending.

Over the past months, Mr. Ronn Torossian - the founder of @Betar_USA - has launched an un ugly, childish, libelous, and unprecedented attack on me, my wife, and multiple leaders in the Jewish world.
For those who have been following the concerning rise of Mr. Torossian's extremist right-wing hate group, here are some important facts to know:
1. Mr. Torossian owns a PR firm known for shady and aggressive tactics. He had been personally condemned by The Public Relations Society of American, who has called his actions "a cowardly and blatant violation" of their code of ethics and "a stain on our profession"
2. Mr. Torossian's clients have included PornHub, Puff Daddy, the Eric Trump Foundation, and a fundamentalist Christian college that had been accused of human and labor trafficking and which plead guilty in a $35 million fraud case.
3. Mr Torossian secretly operated a PR industry website and used it to fraudulently hype his firm and bash rivals.
4. In 2008, Mr. Torossian's VP of Human Resources accused his company of illegal labor practices. In an email with the subject line "You stupid c*nt”, Mr. Torossian threatened the employ that she “ will pay for the rest of your life for trying to ruin my business…Let’s see if you ever work again.”
5. Mr Torossian was arrested in May 2024 in Syracuse University - where his daughter was studying at the time - for throwing food at protestors.
6. According to a NYTimes report, Mr. Torossian allegedly tried to blackmail Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto for over $500,000 and spread false information about him on Wikipedia.

Zionism is innovation—rooted in legacy, driven by vision, and always reaching forward.
I had an inspiring conversation with my friend David Yaari @DBYaari —a powerful force in the Jewish world and a leader who knows that real progress comes from innovation, not stagnation. He embodies what the Kol Israel @KolIsraelGZ party stands for: not only preserving our past, but boldly shaping our future. Innovation, evolution, and action are what will carry us forward.

The Betar movement created by Zeev Jabotinsky believed in Hadar — a lofty ideal of beauty, pride, respect, loyalty and humanity. Every act that a Betar member performs, must first be examined from the standpoint of Hadar. By this measure, the account @Betar_USA is a disgrace.

Wasn’t the brutal kidnapping and killing of a mother, baby and toddler enough for these sadistic evil terrorists?
I can’t comprehend what I just watched occur…
My raw, unpolished, unscripted thoughts.
It’s time.
Destroy them.
We need more positive voices and more light to drown out the darkness. Make your voices heard. @StandWithUs @michaeldickson @FleurHassanN
Voters of the World Zionist Congress must address a troubling trend head-on. We must not diminish the mighty, unifying force of Zionism for the Jewish people. In a battle between religious ideologies, the big loser is Zionism itself.

John Stuart Mill at the University of St. Andrews stated: “Let not any one pacify his conscience by the delusion that he can do no harm if he takes no part." @Columbia - Do not pacify your conscience. Do not endorse AntiSemitism and @ColumbiaBDS
Please help me force a response out of Columbia by reposting this.

Dear Katrina Armstrong, the Interim President of @Columbia University,
At some point, the bullshit needs to be called out.
At some point, your silence must be addressed.
Why haven’t you said anything about @ColumbiaBDS, the faculty-supported student organization that operates like an ideological terrorist cell?
(They would never strap-on a suicide belt, but they praise and support those who do)
Why haven’t you said anything about Prof. Joseph Massad who, on your shift, spoke at a conference in praise of the worst massacre in Israel’s history?
Why haven’t you said anything about the hundreds of students and faculty who protested a memorial service for the victims of that massacre?
(That, too, was on your watch)
You know perfectly well that they aren’t criticizing @Israel’s policies.
You know perfectly well that they’re criticizing its existence.
It doesn’t take much to say that dehumanizing Israelis is wrong.
It doesn’t take much to say that praising the death of Israelis is unacceptable.
Silence isn’t violence, but it surely enables it.
And true leaders never remain silent.
Shame on you for not saying anything.
Shame on you for your silence.
Thank you Governor @GregAbbott_TX - America needs more leaders with the moral clarity that you have. In this holiday of lights, thank you for spreading the light over darkness and taking a clear position of zero tolerance for AntiSemitism in the Great state of Texas.

Out of all the incredible people I’ve been blessed and fortunate to meet in my life, hands down, the most impressive is @sivanYaari.
If you’re not familiar, Sivan started one of the most inspirational organizations in the world, @innoafrica.
It is not an exaggeration to say that Sivan and her team have brought fresh water to millions of people in Africa.
It is actually crazy because I know Sivan for many years, consider her a good friend, but we never actually sat until today.
By the way, a few years ago, Estee was asked to prepare a report about an inspirational person for school. She chose Sivan.
A few months after her report, I brought the family to a hotel and one night we were having dinner and Sivan walked in. Introducing Estee to Sivan was super awesome and extremely emotional.
If you want to know how much respect I have for Sivan, every single time I do a talk about Israel and how we are a light onto the nations, the punchline of my talk, a talk I’ve given hundreds of times around the world, is Sivan and her organization.
No one I know is making more of an impact on humanity than Sivan.
This is the just the beginning of what a global intifada looks like.
Without decisive action and change in government policies, this will spread like a wildfire throughout Europe and will reach America soon.
