Absolute pleasure to work with @tsilva3 @marcusbettss and @cucurella3 this year on their UEFA B. Total commitment, positive attitudes to take on information and excellent people. All with amazing experiences that will no doubt be passed on in the future! ⚽️💙
Looking forward to this! They’ve definitely used a very rare clip of @cesc4official going hard. He has it in him don’t get me wrong. He’s also a top human with exceptional interpersonal skills ⚽️💙🤍
A sneak peak of the upcoming @cesc4official documentary following his intense journey from player to coach.

A great few days in Germany!! ⚽️🇩🇪@PFA
Leaving @Arsenal, moving to @bayer04_en could have been an excuse to put things on hold. In 2 weeks Granit had organised to coach every week with a local amateur team @SCUnionNettetal, to continue with his UEFA A and future plans
No surprise to see the success they’ve been having in 2023. The Clubs culture drives it. Kieran’s a class act. They’re engaged and challenge each other. Great group of men! @IpswichTown @PFA
'It's so unusual to have so many players at one club engaged in coaching - it really highlights the environment being created here'

What a man @JackWilshere 🙌🏼
A real thinker. Works hard. Totally engaged in his own development. Excellent human being! #coaching #leader @PFA @Arsenal @ArsenalAcademy
The work others avoid…..
@cesc4official has been at the very top of the game as a player. You see high profile players jump straight into Coaching/Management, not having an appreciation for the art of coaching, player development or the skills required to manage people.
There’s no short cut in becoming excellent on the grass. Bank the hours!! Deal with lack of resources and poor facilities. Look after the players holistically to get the best out of the person

Incredible 20years @cesc4official 👏🏼🙌🏼
Let’s see what the next 20years has 😉💪🏼
It is with great sadness that the time has come for me to hang up my playing boots.
From my first days at Barca, Arsenal, Barca again, Chelsea, Monaco and Como, I will treasure them all.
From lifting the World Cup, the Euros, to winning everything in England and Spain and nearly all the European trophies, it has been a journey that I’ll never forget.
All those who have helped me, my teammates, coaches, directors, presidents, owners, fans and my agent. To all my family, from my parents and my sister to my wife and kids, I cherish your advice, mentorship and guidance. To my opponents who tried to knock me, thank you for making me stronger.
It has already been more than worth it with all the great memories and friends that I have made on the way. I’ve also learnt 3 languages and became more compassionate and wiser along my travels.
I lived experiences that I never thought in a million years I would even come close to.
It’s not all sadness though as I’m now going to cross the white line and start coaching the B and Primavera teams of Como 1907. A club and a project I couldn’t be more excited about. This charming football team won my heart from the first minute and came to me at the perfect time in my career. I will grab it with both hands.
So after 20 incredible years full of sacrifice, dedication and joy, it’s time to say thank you and goodbye to the beautiful game.
I loved every minute.
