I really feel like I’m finally moving out of my depression with lots of deep care & intention. But I’m scared to acknowledge it with fear of falling right back in. So I guess I will just acknowledge & deeply appreciate the moments when I experience joy, even if it’s fleeting ✨🙏🏾
