Everyone's asking me to write a long essay or make a video about Abstract
The reality is, I'm just tired
I don't think I have it in my to give that chain any more of me when I gave it everything I had for such a long time
I just want to move forward and win
Certain things happened and were said this past week that I don't stand behind. No take on anyone, purely a personal decision.
Still emotionally attached to my Lil Pudgy, genuinely think it's one of the best in the collection and one I’ll hold for ever.
But imo, I can't pfp something I don't fully want to represent atm.
My @zksnarks_ gets the spotlight for now. Was already thinking about switching for a bit, so this felt like the right moment.
Banner stays the same so you still know it's N1rvy ✌️
Got my 3 @zksnarks_ and I’m pretty happy 🤷♂️
Now the real question, which one do I PFP?

Replying to @tinopremium @pudgypenguins
“Abstract was just a failed startup.”
Really? Let’s talk about how the community was treated before the shutdown.
1. Luca Netz spent months selling Abstract as the future of consumer crypto. He predicted it would become the biggest L2 in 2026.
Instead, it announced its shutdown in October.
2. Users were encouraged to grind XP, collect badges, maintain streaks, trade, mint NFTs and spend money across the ecosystem.
All while a potential airdrop remained one of the biggest reasons people participated.
3. Community members say Discord admins kept pushing the next chapter of Abstract.
Phase 2. Phase 3. Project Quantum. Leadership discussions. Something massive supposedly coming.
Then came the shutdown announcement.
What exactly were these admins told by management, and when?
4. And Project Quantum deserves its own explanation.
Luca reportedly described it as something developed in secrecy for months, an enormous all-in bet that would change Abstract’s future.
People weren’t imagining that narrative. It was actively discussed across the community.
So what actually happened to it?
5. Here’s where things get even more ridiculous.
Abstract had a REAL RWA development agreement with OpenWorld.
On October 1, OpenWorld officially began trading on NASDAQ under OPNW.
Just FIVE DAYS later, Abstract announced its shutdown.
6. Around that same period, Abstract’s updated X bio was being discussed by community members as a possible signal of an RWA pivot.
People were speculating about institutional adoption and the OpenWorld connection.
Was the team aware of the shutdown decision when these expectations were circulating?
7. September 29: Abstract was STILL posting XP updates.
October 6: The chain is shutting down.
SEVEN DAYS.
8. In August, Builder XP incentives were still being introduced.
How do you promote the next phase of an ecosystem so close to announcing its end?
9. Let’s talk about Phin.
A streamer publicly challenged Abstract’s whitelist decisions.
Blast’Em accused staff of favoritism and reputational interference.
Then the Penguin Gotchi controversy raised even more questions about how projects received official support.
10. Cardex suffered an exploit affecting approximately 9,000 wallets and $400K.
11. Community members have also alleged that staff abused referral privileges and that questionable projects received promotion and XP allocations.
These claims deserve investigation, not automatic dismissal.
12. Abstract boasted:
325 MILLION transactions.
4 MILLION wallets.
$6 BILLION in DEX volume.
Yet it couldn’t generate enough sustainable business to keep operating.
How much of that activity represented genuine adoption, and how much was driven by incentives and farming?
13. Users report spending thousands chasing XP.
Some streamed for more than 1,500 hours.
Others built businesses and applications around the ecosystem.
No Abstract token. No XP redemption.
14. Key personnel departed. Shutdown speculation spread. The community kept looking for reasons to believe.
Then Luca admitted tens of millions had been spent without finding product-market fit.
15. And the final chapter?
A December 15 deadline to remove assets before the chain becomes inaccessible.
Along with controversial Migration Hub terms limiting liability and legal remedies.
Burn it
Penguins were just fine and sitting way higher before abstract or abstract community were even a thing though. Like I get everyone is mad and the entire abstract shutdown was handled super far from well. That said what’s the point of all the FUD after you already sold? Abstract airdrop won’t be magically be summoned into existence by FUD, neither does it really affect the teams bottom line all that much. Most of that comes from web2 retail stuff anyways nowadays.
The only people you’re really hurting with FUD at this point are just the community and holders … who already got screwed over by the entire abstract debacle and the airdrop not happening. Especially people who are on blur loans are getting fcked over (don’t do blur loans people!) … and you get exactly what out of it? Just free your headspace and move on.
I held most of these Antarctic avians since mint week 5 years ago and way before @LucaNetz took over and before I knew who Luca or @ColeThereum were. I just wanna have fun with my NFT penguins sliding on the ETH blockchain. And all the non @pudgypenguins NFT collections that feature penguins are hideous af (Did you all ever see penguin fight club or party penguins? No? Ofc not, because a bunch of you out there these days only ever saw them as token poppers or airdrop boosters …).
I’m so tired of all the pointless and shortsighted FUD that keeps fcking over nobody else but the genuine penguin community … @ColeThereum and old team walked away mighty fine with millions and new team around @LucaNetz is printing bazillions in web2 or something.
So can you all please stop being too ignorant to understand the impact of your actions and just find something better to do with your life than FUD my beloved penguins all day?
Thanks, much appreciated!

As expected, @pudgypenguins has plummeted even harder. My last post was at 3 ETH, and now it's down to 2.5 ETH. 📉
This is what happens when you make promises to your community and fail to deliver.
I sold my Pudgy assets the day after the shutdown announcement, and honestly, I still think they're going lower.
To my Abstract friends who are still tied to Pudgy, protect yourselves. My prediction? 2 ETH next week. A huge portion of the Pudgy community is made up of Abstract users, and with the amount of FUD going around, buyer confidence is taking a hit.
Don't ignore the warning signs. 👀
Now @pudgypenguins’ main NFT/PFP collection is also going down alongside solana:2zMMhcVQEXDtdE6vsFS7S7D5oUodfJHE8vd1gnBouauv after the @AbstractChain shutdown announcement.
People were expecting the big Pudgy NFTs and solana:2zMMhcVQEXDtdE6vsFS7S7D5oUodfJHE8vd1gnBouauv to pump after the shutdown, but we’re seeing the complete opposite.
The main PFP collection is now getting dragged down alongside solana:2zMMhcVQEXDtdE6vsFS7S7D5oUodfJHE8vd1gnBouauv and Abstract. What a shitshow to watch.
Honestly, this was unexpected. A lot of people in the Pudgy community thought the NFT and token would pump, but instead, both are dumping hard.
IMO, this could continue to bleed if there’s still no announcement regarding compensation for Abstract users.
The sentiment around Pudgy is looking rough right now.

Just sold my Lil Pudgy and all my $Pengu.
2 days ago I said I was still bullish but I think I was just lying to myself because I had bags.
I still have love for the IP, but right now what I need is a break and some liquidity, not fake promises and bs.
The way the end of Abstract was handled, how easy Luca broke 2 years of promises just like that, how the team and some holders are acting regarding this whole situation…
It just made me wanna step back a little, because right now it just feels like supporting people who don’t give a shit about us 😔
Please keep the fud going, so maybe I can buy back a penguin when they cost $200 in a couple months 🤣
Nothing but love for my penguin frens who understood that it doesn't have to be a war between Pudgy holders and Abstract users 🫶

Imagine spending $300K on @AbstractChain, getting rugged, and then being called ‘the Indian sybil who wants his $500 allocation’ in the Pudgy Penguins Discord.
The person who called out the anti-Indian racism was muted by the Pudgy Penguins team
Shameless.
So I spend 300$k + on scam @AbstractChain and now facing racism because I’m calling out rugpull of @IglooInc
Idk who this pedophile @pudgypenguins holder Eli is but seeing @Berko_Crypto allowing racism on pudgy discord says a lot about these scammers

🚨 Gm,
Regarding the question related to the acceptance of the ABS terms needed to migrate, DO THIS ASAP AND IN A TERM OF 30 DAYS -LAST DAY 04/11/2026-.
Send an e mail to [email protected] and [email protected], writting this:
Opt-out of arbitration and class waiver — non-acceptance of Migration Hub Terms (Section 17.8)
Privacy team, Cube, Inc.,
I do not accept, and I do not consent to, the Migration Hub Terms of Service published at migrate.abs.xyz, last updated and effective October 6, 2026, including the embedded Privacy Policy, or to any replacement of prior terms under Section 1.4.
If any act of mine is treated as acceptance of that version, this email is my written opt-out, under Section 17.8, of the new arbitration agreement and of the class, collective, and representative-action waiver in Section 17. I opt out of individual arbitration, of the waiver of a court and jury trial, and of the waiver of class, collective, or representative proceedings.
I reserve all rights and claims, including claims based on conduct before any acceptance, claims about the decision to discontinue Abstract, and any right that applicable law does not allow to be waived. This notice is not a waiver of Sections I do not accept, and it is not consent to Sections 5.8, 8.6, or 13.5.
Very important to include your wallet on the e-mail, your full name and e mail adress. 🚨
This guy from @pudgypenguins comes and saves a rugged project and sends it.. gains respect of the community.. fks us in the ars all together and now all pudgys are happy because now he can focus on them..
Bruuh!? You realize he is pegged to your name, you now have a founder that rugged 90% of CT with fake xp, fake badges, fake casino games extracting from people? Time is money and you took fk tons of time of us all
Sending off with a “we sorry, didn’t work” won’t do it for me bruuh you a fking rugger that’s what you are!

The Abstract team straight up had zero respect for our money or our time.
Let me be clear, around 2-3months ago, the team started doing 1 on 1 calls with some of the biggest voices in the Abstract community, after that, my timeline was suddenly full of people shilling Abstract, talking about how bullish the future was and how Phase 2 was basically around the corner, even just a few days ago, team members were still reassuring everyone about the future of the chain, and literally this Tuesday, they still distributed XP like nothing was happening.
And this is the part that pisses me off the most, i can accept a project failing, what i can’t accept is being played like a fucking idiot.
For TWO YEARS people have been grinding XP, spending money, minting shit, farming badges, using featured dApps, doing whatever the fuck the ecosystem asked them to do, and the whole time, through AMAs, interviews and team communications, we were told these XP would eventually turn into rewards, so why the fuck were you still pushing people to spend money and earn XP if you already knew the chain was basically on its way out within weeks/months?
Luckily, over the last year i focused more on Cambria and OCH and got pretty lucky there, but even after all that, i still lost $20k+ on Abstract, i minted NFTs, burned money for badges, used the featured dApps on the portal and did pretty much everything you could possibly do on the chain.
I can accept Abstract failing, i cannot accept the bullshit, the fake reassurance and the complete lack of respect for the people who actually supported this chain, you had every right to fail, you did NOT have the right to keep farming your own community’s time and money while knowing where this was heading.
After two years of support, the least you owed us was fucking honesty.

🚨STATEMENT🚨
Gm.
This is a hard time for me, surely the worst day since I m in Web 3, of course I m sad because of the shut down of @AbstractChain, but I m a Lawyer/Attorney irl and I m not letting this as it is, I m sorry.
Every affected user can dm me to join the group that will initiate the legal actions in the States through X or dc.
In my capacity as counsel to persons affected by the announced shutdown of the Abstract network, I state the following:
On the facts known to this firm, the matter bears serious indicia of criminal fraud and, only in the alternative, of civil fraud. It is not treated as a mere business decision to cease operations.
In the coming weeks, in my condition of representant of the affected users from Abstract, I will contact the most prestigious lawfirms in the United States, to prepare and file a criminal complaint or, if appropriate, a civil action before the competent courts against @LucaNetz , @IglooInc , and any collaborators in the network who participated, by act or omission, in the matters under review.
Those represented regard this as one of the most serious frauds committed in the cryptoasset space.
The affected parties I represent are prepared to enter into good-faith, confidential negotiations with those responsible before proceedings are commenced.
Contact may be made through this X account or on Discord: degorcaxyz.
Absent a serious proposal within a short period, judicial proceedings will be brought without delay before the competent jurisdiction.
All criminal, civil, and other rights and remedies of those represented are expressly reserved. 🤝
Listen Luca doesn’t give a fuck about the Pudgy Penguin NFT nor does he give a fuck about Pengu
Wake up
He’s transitioning to Retail/Web 2 so he can IPO Igloo and retire both him and his people
Until then, they’re just going to act like he cares

Update
Since launch (Sep 25):
• Our pool: $8.8M traded → $301k in fees to us. About $290k went back to players as cards and cash-outs.
• Outside Meteora pools, opened within an hour of launch: $14.1M traded, 61% of all volume. Their LPs earned an estimated $160k–$260k.
• At our 3% fee, that's up to $422k that never reached the card fund.
That's LP vamping. Anyone can open a pool for any token, and they don't have to honor the creator fee.
What we've done:
• Anything you pay for is never denied
• Free-crate odds follow what the game actually brings in
• If you qualified to play, a price drop no longer locks you out. 9,597 wallets can play again.
Full plan by Oct 8th. No new token.
This is Bad @Pumpfun @a1lon9
External LPs are quietly killing the coins you just taught the market to fund.
A creator sets a fee so volume pays the dev or the holders. Then anyone opens a Meteora pool on the same mint. Jupiter routes to the cheaper quote. That pool is not taxed. The fee never hits the creator. It never hits holders. It pays the LP who showed up after the chart was already made.
That is not “more liquidity.” That is a bypass.
Look at @gocollectfun. Official story: 3% creator fee on pump.fun, all of it into the prize vault (cards + buyback). Contract nDZknLvfFRp5rgUHdzTrQsmSY5NKzoavqdLjSHVpump.
Meanwhile a COLLECT/SOL pool on Meteora (9GD7vaaocPe8sQFriG4iMhLL6mWxmevTVnjpSbCHRBqc) has been printing six-figure daily volume. Those swaps do not stock a single crate. They pay the external LP.
Same pattern on memes and on “tech” tokens. The fee is the product. If volume can leave the fee, the product dies and the chart follows.
Fix is simple: fee should follow the mint, not the pool. If it trades, the creator and holders get paid, no matter which AMM the aggregator picks.
Until then every external LP is a leak.
its an urgent matter.....
