It has been an absolute pleasure to work along side @mbradleysocc the past 5 yrs. From the 1st conversation I knew she was the right person to lead this club. Thank you does not cover the appreciation the I have. Cheering U on! This is not good bye. Once a Brams always a Brams💫 – at Brampton, Ontario
As December approaches, I wanted to share some personal news/updates. Words can be hard, but I know that once you wear the @BramsUnited badge, you are always part of the Brams family. I am forever grateful for the opportunities and experiences this family and Club ❤️🤍⚽️
It’s with the dedication and leadership of @mbradleysocc that the vision came to reality. Her understanding that doing what’s right for our youth and sport is not a sprint but a marathon is why @BramsUnited continues to thrive and put out programs focused on the players 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 – at Brampton, Ontario
Builders- this is exactly what the team at @BramsUnited is filled with🏗️
From the foundation, the board & staff have designed programs to develop at the earliest stages. Proud to share that due to the build in 2019, Brams will host a boys U8, U9, U10 & U11 Dev team for 2023-24

I pledge to support the mission of the MooseHideCampaign by continuing to honour, respect and protect the women & children of our community & speaking out against gender based-violence; I take a strong stand to end violence toward all women & children. #reconciliationstartswME
My daughter gave a speech in front of Honourable Pascale St-Onge & various MPs in Brampton about the impact that clubs like Brams United have on the children they support. She spoke to how soccer helped shape who she is. Proud does not begin to describe how I feel about her 🩷🌟 – at Brampton, Ontario

A recent grassroots survey revealed a whopping 89% of teams have had a player approached by another coach to play for them.
We asked why the craze towards poaching the best players from the area to create an elite team, who does this benefit?

This hit hard, as we enter my daughters final year of youth soccer, I recall 14 years of cherished memories. I wouldn’t trade any frozen noses, soaked feet, sunburned cheeks, stinky kits or KMs clocked for the moments our family shared through her journey #EnjoyEveryMoment 💞⚽️
In 10 years time I won't have to get up at 8am on a Sunday morning
I won't have to wash muddy sports kits or make sure both boots are in the bag or that we have water bottles and and shin pads, I won't be needed as the worlds proudest cheerleader for 2 hours plus every weekend.
That time will pass in a heartbeat just like the last 10 years have and in no time my weekends will be my own again
Until that day comes I am happy to give up any amount of my time and I fully intend to be the constant cheerleader, kit manager, chauffeur, water carrier and the biggest supporter on the sideline - whether they like that or not 🤣
For the parents with the wet feet and windswept hair who are on the touchline come rain or shine or flipping snow cheers from me 🥂☔️❄️☀️

Powerful words that should make us all think “what if?” I had the honour to listen to @AlliForsyth share her story A similar quote stayed with me. The CanWNT has been successful IN SPITE of the federation Imagine what could have been with the right support, structure and equity🟪
"We have been successful not because of our federation, but actually in spite of our federation"

Taking a moment to bring to attention that the most experience any current High School Student has in writing “normal” exams is what the Graduating Gr. 12’s wrote in their 1st semester of GRADE NINE!!! add to that the stress that these marks impact their post secondary plans
They are my grade 11s @CardinalLegerSS. Today is their first exam. It is their first exam in HIGHSCHOOL because of #COVID19. The amount of #stress is real. So I tell them to bring their comfort object to the exam (blanket, stuffy, etc) to help manage. #BellLetsTalk

Great message, not only for young athletes but everyone.
Change your outlook. Change your POV. Change “Should of” & “What if” to “EVEN IF”.
