In the MMAT BK case, the trustee has subpoened and the judge agreed that trading records from FINRA and NASDAQ need to be turned over. If the information is damning, I expect the trustee to push further for emails and comms to establish who was responsible and who potentially colluded. As the expression goes, "We'll See".

Michael, find the Tom Slocom connection to Citadel proxy's like TPA Asset Management is to Jeff Davies. Something tells me the UL and Railroad Commission have been weaponized by transnational organizations and NGO's payments in the financial system. Citadel and (Virtu ITG) technologies are being used to wash the Torchlight and MMAT synthetic obligations in foreign accounts. All of these accounts are managed by FINRA ADF and JPM's SIP and Smart Order Router.

But I will say the person who filed this "ethics report" is a scam artist. David Wheeler of the American Muckrakers PAC has been lying about her for years. He pays himself well too.

Benjamin Tran, Director of Bimergen (formerly Bitech), was also a Director at Norris Industries, an oil and gas exploration company in Texas. (image 1)
In a 2018 10k, Norris Industries falsely claimed that Norris Petroleum Inc. was wholly owned subsidiary of Torchlight. (image 2)
So how could Bimergen's use of the Torchlight's CUSIP be inadvertent, when Norris Industries (also linked to Benjamin Tran) was also falsely using Torchlight in their filings?
