It's not tracking the wrist correctly. You can see the deviation from the position on the wrist with the naked eye, and it's probably accounting for 50% of the error. You need a static target on the wrist for the tracking. Pixels aren't good enough.
At this scale, it's almost worthless for what you're using it for. You could get away with the resolution for something like virtual character puppeteering, but not for this, not if you intend on actually using the data you gathered here to do anything meaningful as far as improving your dart throwing. The lines here do not reflect the way in which she actually throws, so using this as reference to improve would be worse than using just the video alone.

This video shows the vandalism of Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) cameras in London, England, by anti-ULEZ activists known as "Blade Runners." They are not "Flock" cameras, which is a US-based technology.

A ton of companies licensed idtech and made really garbage doom knock-offs in the 90s. Unreal as an engine is built to be licensed. You don't see slop games and asset flips being made with Apex, Decima, RAGE, Northlight, because they're proprietary and not licensed.
If slop developers are going to use anything, it's going to be unreal or unity. That doesn't mean those engines can't be used to make good games—Ori and the blind forest, hollow knight, beatsaber, risk of rain. Clair obscure, black myth wukong, street fighter 6, gears series, etc.
A game engine is a means to an end, that being a well-executed design. As long as the engine can facilitate the game and the developers execute well, it really doesn't matter what tech is used.
