In an era of AI everywhere this is embarrassing for @USAA customer service. I'm logged in to the mobile app and the responses are so completely off the mark.

@eBay you may want to consider some automatic fraud detection that prohibits a $10 item from being allowed to charge $5k in shipping. This is embarrassing that this fraud is allowed on your platform. Someone gained access to my account and made this purchase.
@AskCiti your Android app update crashes every user on Android 14 (current most recent version). This is millions of affected users. Support reps are asking for info but what we need is an ETA on a fix. Please provide a statement acknowledging the crashing bug and ETA for fix.
Proud that our local superintendent isn't afraid to speak out against this disinformation from the Governor. Teachers are public servants who do the job because they care about the kids, not because they have a political agenda. They deserve our respect.
Such a sad attack on teachers who only pour their heart & soul into their work. Our teachers didn’t indoctrinate students during virtual learning, if anything they capitalized on the few minutes they had w students on the core content.
He mentions a teacher not meeting the needs of a student. How about provide additional resources to public schools so that we can excel!
This just breaks my heart. #txed #txlege #teachers
Learning WCAG and realizing the irony that one of the rules is to make content predictable...but the spec itself jumps from Level A to Level AAA back to Level A...so there's that.
Just in case the combination of pineapple, mayo, alfalfa sprouts and strawberries wasn't exotic enough for you, don't worry. You can add turkey or tuna to that wrap.
Dude. 2 raccoons in 3 days have managed to cripple our town's power grid. Winter is coming and this feels fragile as hell. kens5.com/article/news/local…
Growing chatter about this on Twitter (it's been more than 36 hours since initial reports). Appears that there could be a hack or other security integrity issue. May be some time before we're able to book hotels again.

IHG's website, app, and contact centers have been down for 12+ hours due to "scheduled" maintenance. bit.ly/IHGDOWN
When will we get Chrome extensions for Android and iOS @googleio @googlechrome ? I just can't believe you're letting Apple go unanswered. It's been a year since their mobile Safari extensions announcement... androidauthority.com/chrome-…
Our town's school system made Cinco de Mayo t-shirts with a custom loteria card and it features our director as one of the squares. So creative! I love it!
I can’t wait to participate in the Cinco de Mayo parade and STAAR pep rally this afternoon at @RodriguezESISD!
When the campus asked if they could use my picture for a shirt I said sure… I wondered what kind of shirt they were creating…
It’s lotería y cinco de mayo! 🪅

When you finally breakthrough a goal after weeks of feeling like you've plateaued, it can set the tone for the whole day. Plus it's a really nice way to start a Friday. Race day in Seguin is April 2! @ Seguin, Texas instagram.com/p/Cbh9R4XrZOA/… – at Seguin, TX
So let me get this straight... you have a major gas line break and a city-wide service outage. We didn't have a way to heat our homes for 3 days (one of those days getting below freezing) but you want to pass the repair costs on to us? How is that okay? mysanantonio.com/news/local/…
@CenterPoint you're going to need to explain yourself better than the email you just sent.
Extremely well said @Schwarzenegger we love the Russian people, and they are the only ones who have the power to stop this war. It's a difficult, dangerous thing to oppose the Russian government's war, but it's the necessary action to bring relief to Russia and Ukraine.
The US has a major labor shortage. Ukrainians are trying to get asylum in the US but have to go through Mexico to do it. Why can't we be better at letting people into the US to solve our problems and theirs? vice.com/en/article/93bm9y/u…
Frustrated that the US is concerned with gas prices and inflation consequences if we block the Russian oil imports. Feels like there should be a way for those of us willing to pay more for gas to shelter those that can't/won't...
New year, new body, who dis? Entered a 5k race set for Apr 2 to benefit Seguin ISD. First race in about 10 yrs. I've got a long way to go to get back under my 7 min/mi goal and I have to get that on a 3.1 mi course 😜 runkeeper.com/cardio/bc2c2c7…
