The understanding of peg on this one is inherently wrong. Pegs are not maintained by magic forces. They're maintained by arbitrageours. They benefit from difference between mark price and peg value. There is no half-peg for floor price in nature.
I am against this.
It has been proposed that $USTC be pegged to 1 cent ($0.01). Many validators support this. The stability of $USTC will be crucial when activating the market module.
Let's assume the $USTC peg at $0.01 is implemented; it will be guaranteed not to fall below $0.01, but there will be no obstacle for it to rise above $0.01.
In short, the stability guarantee for $USTC is very important. We support it. Personally, if such a decision is implemented, the price of $USTC will increase significantly. This stability lower limit will be raised in a short time...
All of these actions will be a major boost for $LUNC.

Voting yes for reducing voting power seems stupid to me.
Voting power is not something inherit, it is given proportionally via delegated amounts.
Eliminating/hard-capping that would mean neglecting the whole point of delegations and people's voice.
