This train is delayed en route EVERY SINGLE NIGHT @TLRailUK - it’s the only direct train after 5pm and it’s SO frustrating. When are you reinstating the other direct train you removed so more than one option in an evening?!

I find it appalling that @TLRailUK force people to pay for a first class ticket in order to use a table for a laptop on a commuter service.
