ALT JUNETEENTH IN WAKANDA, hosted by vermillion. a celebration of liberation & african ancestry. dearest reader, you have been formally invited to the annual celebration of juneteenth, hosted by vermillion’s misty knight. this year's observance will take place in wakanda, east africa, which the royal family & people of wakanda have oh-so-graciously offered. a strong turnout in supporting the wakandan people’s beautiful home & the multiverse’s diverse afro-caribbean cultures attending this four-day-long event would be much appreciated. the purpose of this event is to shine the spotlight on the black writers within the roleplay community, as they are so often forgotten, ignored, and mistreated. all, including non black characters & writers, are welcome to attend and participate, given that they show respect both for the admins and characters within this event, and for what juneteenth stands for BEYOND this event. — continued in next image.

ALT this event will stretch from thursday, june 18th to sunday, june 21st to account for time differences and possibly conflicting schedules. this will, hopefully, allow all a chance to participate in the festivities and meet some new writers. while hosted within one marvel universe, this invitation is also extended to any/all of the roleplay verses who care to participate. keep and eye out for additional information in the threads below this post, and be prepared to post under the hashtag #JUN3TEENTH26 for this years event! and, as usual, like and retweet for exposure. beautifully black & beamin’, your friend, misty knight ( vermilion / mila )
