@Red1320 yes

Make sure you have tennis shoes tomorrow in case it rains and we have to be inside! Great first 3 days Rams! #SWARM

This team better get serious or it will be another wasted year! You know who I am talking to. Coach Beerwinkel

Only 6 varsity athletes at SAC this morning! As always, RIDGE is about themselves and not the TEAM! Calling a lot of guys out! #SELFISH

If you expect to contribute on Varsity this season! I hope to see you at SAC camp! Otherwise don't complain about your playing time!

Missing a lot of Defensive Guys at SAC! Hope to see them tomorrow! A good teammate makes sure his teammates are all there!

See you guys tomorrow at 7:50am! Don't be late. Show respect for your teammates by being on time and ready to go! Be Uncommon!

There are only 2 things you control! EFFORT and TECHNIQUE! Make sure you always win those and you will succeed beyond measure!

Those who stay will be CHAMPIONS!!!

Don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great!

Your past circumstances do not determine where you go, they merely determine where you start !

It is not the critic who counts! It is the man who is actually in the Arena. #DareGreatly
