Headed north this weekend to volunteer with @stjohnambulance for the Great North Run to provide support with medical cover. Amazing to see collaboration and team work from all volunteers from across the country ranging from volunteers in clinical to non clinical roles.
At Bath Rugby this evening supporting @stjohnambulance providing first aid cover at Bath Rugby v Clermont in the Champions Cup. #mysjaday #stjohnpeople
Different year and different stadium. Today I was at the Memorial Stadium with @stjohnambulance for Bristol Rovers v Leyton Orient. Fantastic event despite the result of the home team (Rovers lost 3-2) but great atmosphere. #mysjaday #SJAStudents

A third of Brits are afraid to give CPR to a woman because they are worried about touching breasts.
In a cardiac emergency, taking fast action is the right thing to do. Make sure you have the skills and the confidence to save a life: sja.org.uk/cprbra

ALT Photograph. Four women stand in front of a dark green backdrop. From left to right, Ashley James, Millie Bright, Sharon Gaffka, Lucy Edwards. They look strong and confident, with a determined look. They are all wearing jeans and green sports bras that read "It's okay to save my life". The bras have a yellow hand illustration, representing how someone would perform CPR
In Exeter/Devon for a few days having a bit of me time but whilst also supporting @ExeUniFirstAid during their welcome week. Been on an evening walk this evening around Exeter, just to get some fresh air and to explore the local area.
