U.S. treatment update for follicular lymphoma: On Nov 18, 2025, the FDA approved epcoritamab-bysp (EPKINLY®) with rituximab and lenalidomide for adults with relapsed or refractory FL after at least one prior therapy. Applies to U.S. patients.
