Acclaro Medical Fires an employee after the employee sent derogatory messages to a WNBA play while on his own personal time.
His name was never mentioned in the message, his employer was never mentioned in the message, it was not done on company time. This is a 1st amendment violation to the fullest.
A company can not fire you for saying bad words at home on your phone. They can only fire you for saying bad words if you're a representative of the company and have company logos on your account or if you say something negative directly to a person when at work.
This guy has a legal case against this company.
