Welp, although I've had my PDI for over a year (prob 2 years) and I’m actively using it, it's being reclaimed. Luckily, I've committed to GitHub and exported the files I need.
It’s crazy that a couple of yrs ago, I said I just need to get my foot in the door, and I’d figure out what I liked and where I wanted to go from there. I’m so thankful for that first team who took a chance on me, and that I’m able to pivot into something I enjoy

If it’s significantly cheaper and still in decent condition, absolutely. But if it’s falling apart and notated throughout, keep it.
Career transition thoughts:
I’m interviewing, getting closer to opportunities I’ve been working toward (one verbal offer 🎉), while another opportunity I like still hasn’t materialized (no active project or client to trigger the role rn)
I’m trying to balance compensation, gaining experience, long-term growth, and not making a decision purely out of fear that another opportunity won’t come.
