So a lot of people are wondering what I'm doing and where I've been. I wanna first start off by letting everyone know, no, I'm not done with content. THIS A BIG POST I did content for 15-ish years. That's almost half of my entire life at this point. I genuinely needed to slow down, get other things done, and do all the "life stuff" I was neglecting. This includes things like getting a degree, sorting out family illnesses and loss, and genuinely trying to further myself IRL. I've also gotten involved in some pretty substantial projects with businesses that I cannot talk about due to NDA's and other things. As much as content creation is awesome and fun; it's not something that, to me, could carry me through the rest of my life. It's unrealistic to assume that I'd be "comfortable" at 40-50 years old money/life wise if that's all I did. I'm coming back to streaming but there's gonna be a few big changes to my branding/vibe/etc. Same Del, different look. It's gonna happen this year. The entire focus is gonna be around friends, community, and enjoying myself. It's gonna be 99% positive vibes. There will be no more game reviews, negativity, or bad junk. I apologize if I haven't reached out to all my content creator friends and people who support me! It's really difficult to keep track and the world's kinda been crazy the last two years. I've been keeping my head down and preparing. I've genuinely done like 5-6 years of work, prep, and college in <2, so I've been SLAMMED. It's definitely hurt my social life and visibility but that's okay! It needed to be done. I know a lot of you are excited to get back to hanging out, vibing, playing, gaming, and watching; and I am too! It's just gonna take a little bit longer but I promise it'll be worth it. I'm doing everything in the most responsible, well structured, and safest way I can. Gotta make sure my future is locked in before I can focus on content once more. Feel free to always DM me/poke me/message me on Discord/Twitter/Bsky - Always happy to chat! Genuinely thankful for all of you who still check in and are waiting. Ya'll are the best. -Del

Wardogs' progression system cannot be balanced for everyone. It is not possible. All progression systems reward time dedication, sorry. A lot of people wanted a wipe already because people no-lifed and grinded end-game stuff for specific classes in a day or two. I personally ran logi and unlocked tank day 1. It took 4-5 hours of running logi. There was no exploiting. This was just effective. It's braindead. People want stuff to take longer to grind don't seem to understand that if they make something take 10x longer the sweats will STILL HAVE IT. 40 hours to unlock a tank? Fine, they'll do it and have it 10x faster than you. In fact, it'll make the grind of casual players feel *far worse* Keep in mind progression STILL FEELS SLOW for most players. Making grinds take far longer punishes casuals, not exploiters/nolifing people. It's just longer where you don't have a counter or don't unlock the thing. It actually gives them MORE TIME to dominate/abuse it, because the average player will give up before reaching that same point if the grind is brutal. This has been learned/seen SO MANY TIMES in other games. Planetside 2 experienced this. Every MMO experiences this. People will always try harder, do more, and play better than others. There are people who will spend 36 hours straight without sleeping grinding a specific thing because they *can* Personally I think wipes should be 90-120 days, if at all. The most balanced thing would be to not ever wipe again. Fix things in EA as needed, let players level, ban exploiters. Once everyone has everything and everyone's got overpowered stuff then it'll normalize and we'll get a good idea of what's going on. Oh fuck thermals though, delete those. They're still broken. Just wanted to say this from the perspective of someone who has BEEN THE SWEAT in games like this. The longer something takes, the longer you're able to abuse it before normal gamers catch up. It's very much a rich get richer.

I fully 10,000% support region locking. The overseas servers are filled with insane amounts of rampant hacking and so a lot of people come over to the US servers to hack. Let players choose to play on region locked official servers or not. Genuinely I think 90%+ of hackers we've seen (And there's hundreds) have been from overseas. Sure, US players hack, but the difference in sheer volume is staggering. For anyone wanting "less" - Play on US Central servers for right now. The ping kick filters a large majority of hackers.
Region lock looking more and more appealing. We've got some shit to show you guys... This vlog is going to be painful and fun.

They genuinely just need to remove the 3 teams thing in Wardogs. There's really not enough players and one team genuinely just feels awful to be on the entire time.

Sorry my hot take on "Stealing someone's work maliciously and copying it to undercut them using AI" is so spicy. The mentality of "I MUST SUPPORT THIS THING NO MATTER WHAT" is just so sad when people can't do any critical thinking for themselves.

I think at this point ya'll should stop wiping for a while. I don't think this was an XP issue, more like unlock position issue. Level 20 for a tank in driver? That wasn't hard to do BEFORE the changes. It's just supply running for 4-6 hours. People are going to absolutely grind out stuff day one. There's no way to fix it. This is gonna happen every season, every time. The entire system is based around the rich getting richer. If someone nolifes and puts 16 hours into something and unlocks it without a counter they will continue to climb and unlock things as they dumpster people. Wiping again so soon would just make people quit because I personally know people who took time off to grind. I didn't do that but I would be one of the people who wouldn't join for Season 3. I think XP feels good. It's reward track positioning that's bad.
ANNOUNCEMENT 📢 Season 2 was meant to be a fresh start, and for a lot of you it hasn't felt like one. We sped up progression on deliberately and tried to balance the game better, as set out in the patch notes, but it was the wrong call. Some players are reaching end game gear like Tier 4 armour and MBTs within days, so the wipe never really landed. Some things are clearly out of balance and we'll fix them. Others have the community split, so we want to see how those play out first. We won't be doing a knee jerk reset this weekend, as that would be unfair on everyone already enjoying the climb. Instead, we're looking at significantly bringing forward Season 3 and some of its content, so you get a proper fresh start. More details in our dev vlog next week. This is what Early Access is for. Thanks for playing and for the feedback.

This is genuinely so fucked up. Ya'll don't even know the can of worms that's been opened recently with decompiling and game crossover. Everything is open sourced. Everything can be stolen in a day. We're absolutely not ready and it's gonna be BAD. I can tell you this will most likely annihilate a large chunk of the indie dev game sphere and people will do it to be malicious. You're going to have farms/companies in China/Russia doing this and flipping games/stealing popular trends on socials just to make money. This is gonna get REALLY REALLY BAD.
Building in public is dead. An indie dev shared an early preview of his game where you punch walls incrementally to escape. It hit 4.7M views. Within 25 hours, a copy was already live on Roblox. His Steam page isn't even up yet, and the clone will probably outearn him.

I'm just gonna hit the ground in a group of allies and let them revive me. I'm helping my TEAM make MONEY
WARDOGS Season 02: Parachute Changes! • Parachutes take longer to open. • They won't open below approximately 10m. • Opening below 50m while falling fast can result in fall damage. • Basic Parachute: $100 → $500 • Sport Parachute: $1,000 → $700 Pull your parachute early and choose your pilots wisely!

I mean yeah no shit. They take most of the ad revenue, a ton of sub revenue, and undercut the shit out of streamers on bounties. I'm not kidding either, bounties are straight up robbery lol
PaymoneyWubby says Twitch's sub split is "robbery" for streamers "I would tell everyone, don't stream on Twitch, you're getting robbed"

I feel like I'm remembering a completely different game than most wanting a Destiny 1 remake. Like the game really wasn't that good until way later in its life cycle. It got good before it died. There's a reason they moved on. Looks better, yeah, but rose tinted glasses yknow?

Dude, Twitter/Bsky/Reddit are so much nicer without the fucking Russian bot nets. Holy shit, 99% of the screaming angry dumbass posts are gone. Timeline feels like 2015. Really funny how certain conversation topics/circles COMPLETELY DIED and it's just people/actual conversations now. Definitely wish we'd do something on a federal level to just stop this sort of shit. It's completely night and day difference wise. Seein way more real people and less bot network/generated posts. Too bad it's temporary. Ugh

Imma be completely real - I literally reviewed games for a living and I still can't figure out wtf is going on with @DuneAwakening's direction. Are we a solo game now? Why DD still exist? Why can I mod my server but still go pvp other people? Are we multiplayer? Does progression matter? The heck was the point of having us grind out a billion xp to level arbitrary point systems like combat and crafting and stuff only to allow people to tweak things? I am genuinely so confused because it feels like some patch notes literally conflict with things in the SAME PATCH direction wise. No clue what's going on internally but it seems like they don't either lol

Yep, checks out. Had a lot of people telling me their chats feel way more dead this year. People are burned out. Lots of people not feeling as social.
Shroud recently talked about how quiet chats are in 2026. I was curious, so I ran the numbers for my own channel, comparing every September from 2018 to 2026. From September 2026 to September 2018: ⏱️ Chats per Minute Watched are down 86%. 👀 Chats per Viewer are down 87%. ⌛ Chats per Hour Streamed are down 52%. So, at least for my channel, it's true. Viewers are significantly less chatty than they used to be. Possible reasons: 📉Falling Off. I have a stream where I talk about the streaming space; if the streaming is struggling (it is), there's less active interest in the topic. 👵 Age. People are older now, have more responsibilities, and don't have as much time to actively consume. 💥 Ads. The platform breaks the experience up far more than it ever did. 📱 Mobile Viewers. The platform is hyperfixated on fickle mobile viewers who watch for shorter durations. 💹 Rise of the Lurker. Other communities encourage it, so it becomes the expected experience across the platform. 🪙 Economy. People are struggling; it's better to put effort into a side hustle than a Twitch chat. 🤖 Viewbots. Bots don't typically chat. 💀 Culture Death. Twitch Culture has really disappeared since the pandemic. When was the last time we had a new sitewide copypasta?

holy shit they actually are stopping it from being fully lawless rip billions of free chests tho
We have recently issued a large ban wave within Destiny 2 against accounts found to be violating terms of service either by cheating or by using account recovery, ban evasion, or boosting services. We have further investigated appeals to this wave to validate accuracy. We would like to take this opportunity to remind all players to protect your account. Do not share your account credentials or use account recovery, boosting, or cheat services. This can open your account up to risk, such as being accessed (repeatedly) on hardware actively leveraging cheat tools or services even without your knowledge. Additionally, we are continuing to investigate and action new cheats as they come online in Destiny 2. We have recently seen cheats spamming unearned rewards and XP on innocent accounts. Accounts leveraging these cheats in malicious ways have already been actioned. We always work to ensure that the cheating accounts are actioned, and innocent players who are not actively seeking these cheats or their benefits are not punished. If you encounter any accounts that you suspect are cheating, or if your account has been actioned, and you have questions, please see: - Account Restrictions and Banning Policies: safety.bungie.net/hc/en-us/a… - Appeal Ban or Restriction: safety.bungie.net/hc/en-us/a…

Brother the stuff I've heard behind closed doors about the Pishock in the vtuber community is wild. I am genuinely surprised something hasn't come up sooner. Firm reminder that if you're offered something for free you do not, under any circumstances, need to make content OR BE PRESSURED INTO using it on stream, for people, in front of people, around people, or in general. If you don't sign anything you can absolutely just tell someone no and stop engaging.

AI Constantly flags simple words as wrong words and even the best models hallucinate frequently. YEAH LETS MESS WITH PEOPLES LIVELIHOODS WITH A FAULTY PRODUCT WOOOOOO No but really, 20 bucks says this backfires real quick
CEO Dan Clancy says Twitch now uses AI to identify streamers that may not match a brand, since it now transcribes all streams for brand safety. It won't show ads on channels or content the AI believes don't match what the advertiser is trying to achieve.

I think @WARDOGS is the most insane shift from "I love this" to "I hate this experience" I've ever had in gaming. I've never seen a game be so GOOD but become so ruined by stuff so quickly. I want to play it so bad but the boosters, exploiters, and hackers have made it miserable. It went from the fun experience of "Infantry, couple vehicles, everyone in 1-3 armor" to hackers, L4 armor abusers, and exploiters SO fast. I have had like six people go "Should I get Wardogs?" and my advice is like, nah not til you see what they do in October's wipe. It genuinely has the highest highs and lowest lows. I'm done touchin it til wipe personally. Balance is way too bad rn

Huge newsflash for half the angry people here - you can unlock something fairly, know it's overpowered as shit, and still abuse it. Something can be 10000% legit and still be abused. TR Mossies in Planetside 2 release, Saug9mm from BO4, headglitching in most games, USAS from Battlefield 3, One Eyed Mask in Destiny 2 for Titan (For like a year), etc. You can fuckin' admit that something's wildly overpowered and genuinely unfun to go up against even if it's something you can earn legitimately. That doesn't make it 100% ok and balanced. Anything that feels like shit to compete against if you're not using it is absolutely not a balanced thing for the average player.
