We are pleased to support Youth Employment Week. We value this opportunity for young people to publicise their skills to potential employers and gain connections into the world of work. We encourage employers to contribute to this cause and help young people gain more confidence.

We welcome yesterday's commitment from Andy Burnham to devolve employment support. Communities know their residents and local labour markets best amd giving mayors and local partners greater responsibility to design and deliver employment support creates better opportunity.

🚧 What’s holding back green homes? “Stop–start” funding, short-term schemes & system complexity are slowing retrofit delivery and driving up costs. We need long-term certainty to scale up warmer, healthier homes. #NetZero #Retrofit #SocialHousing
