JUST IN: Raiffeisen Bank International is rolling out crypto trading across 11 European markets with Bitpanda.
The partnership could give ~18 million customers in Central and Eastern Europe access to digital assets.
Offerings will launch market by market, building on Raiffeisen’s 2024 Austria integration.
Bitpanda already provides similar infrastructure to other European banks, including N26.

This really reminds me of DMD Diamond (bit.diamonds).
Since 2013, the project pushed through every obstacle to establish its place. Instead of fading, its roots grew deeper and stronger—especially throughout the complete tech redesign that began in 2018 and culminated in the Layer 1 launch in October 2025.
Adversity builds endurance. Those deep roots are now powering an incredibly resilient, sustainable tree ready to stand the test of time.

Action Required: Mandatory Node Update!
DMD Diamond Node v4.0.3 is now available. All validators and node operators must upgrade their nodes before September 7, 2026 at 23:39:01 UTC.
The update requires both the latest spec.json and Node software update.
Update instructions:
cd Diamond # Directory of your Diamond repository.
git pull # Updates the spec.json + a small fix for first-time deployments.
./build-from-source.sh # Pulls the latest Diamond node source code and builds the node.
# If your node is running, you will receive an expected error at the end.
# Stop your node.
# This depends on how you manage your service.
# Example for systemd:
systemctl stop dmd
./build-from-source.sh # After stopping the node, copying the latest binary will work.
# Start your node again.
# This depends on how you manage your service.
# Example for systemd:
systemctl start dmd
Please complete the upgrade as soon as possible to ensure your node is ready ahead of the day (September 7)
