how to unsuspend your x account most of these are automated spam/bot flags. real accounts get caught too > first steps - log in to the suspended account normally - follow any phone / email / captcha prompts that appear - many temporary locks clear right after verification > if it’s still suspended - stay logged in > go to: help.x.com/en/forms/account-… - form only works if you’re logged into the suspended account > how to write the appeal - state your @ + date - say what you think triggered it (or that you got no clear reason) - explain you post manually, no bots, no bulk actions - say you’ll follow rules going forward - keep it short and factual (3 - 6 lines) > example My account @ was suspended on October 11. I believe this was an automated mistake. I use this account manually to post original content about (what you post). I do not use bots, automation tools, bulk follow/unfollow, or engagement services. I have never engaged in spam or inauthentic behavior. I will continue following X rules. Please review and restore the account. Thank you. > things you need to know - only official form works - submit once, then wait 24 - 72 hours - check the email linked to the account - third party “unsuspend” services are scams > what not to do - don’t create a new account to evade the ban - don’t spam the form or dm support one real appeal. logged in. factual. then wait bookmark this. good luck getting it back
