You can tell a lot about your health by what you have an appetite for.
When you’re physically healthy, you want to move, train, get outside, and explore.
When you’re mentally healthy, you want to learn. You’re curious. You want to understand things and stretch your mind.
And when you’re spiritually healthy, you want to give. You want to love people, connect with them, help where you can, and leave something good behind.
Real health isn’t just feeling good. It’s wanting to participate in life.

The real luxuries in life are...
time
health
a quiet mind
slow mornings
the ability to travel
rest without guilt
a good night’s sleep
calm, “boring” days
meaningful conversations
home-cooked meals
people you love
people who love you back
Funny how few of them have much to do with money.

Everyone wants a Bitcoin pullback until they get one.
On the way up, it’s “Just give me another chance to buy lower.” Then price comes back, the timeline fills with “it’s over” posts, and suddenly we’re wondering whether the bears were right.
The entry we were hoping for starts feeling like something we should avoid.
We want the lower price, but with the confidence we felt when it was going up. That’s the problem.
For me, this is when the levels matter more than the mood.
Bulls would like $82.5K back by the weekly close. Around $79.7K–$80.4K, acceptance below brings prior value back into play. $75.1K is the bigger reference from the broader bottoming formation.
They serve different purposes, and losing one doesn’t automatically erase the entire recovery.
But a lower price isn’t enough to make me buy, either. I’m looking for buyers to defend a level, reclaim lost ground and build structure. Give me that and a clear place to be wrong, and I have a reason to try a long.
If the setup fails, I take the loss and reassess. If buyers haven’t shown up, I can wait. Neither decision requires me to know the exact bottom.
We’re trying to buy wholesale and sell at a premium. We make that pretty difficult when every rally makes us chase and every pullback makes us panic.
Don’t buy just because it’s cheaper. But don’t forget why you wanted it cheaper, either. Let the reaction tell you whether there’s a trade.

Excuse the rant I am about to unleash
I believe in a concept called "measured moves"
Targets or objectives are not sacred
Charts often fail to deliver what we first identify and morph into something else
I have identified a C&H in XRP
On a larger time frame this C&H might be the right shoulder of a H&S
The measured move would be to 2.16 with is the height of the inverted H&S (closing price, daily) projected upwards
Chart change
One pattern is identified only to turn into something else
The right shoulder is poorly formed and abbreviated - this would suggest further right shoulder development is likely, but NOT necessary
Note in XRP there is a TON of overhead supply to work through
This is a negative for XRP
Please note that I could care less about the fundamentals of XRP or any other coin than BTC
XRP fans, please don't take this as an offense
I trade price. Price is all that matters to me
Look at the charts of some other coins -- using the same time period. $XRP has all that supply overhead, but look at $XMR -- all the supply has been absorbed. It is clear sailing ahead. Or $SOL. Now this is a Cup and Handle on a different level than XRP. Or ETH -- massive congestion without the same type of overhead supply that we find in XRP.
Or XLM - overhead supply, but not in same magnitude as XRP
Of these, my favorite by far is XMR. I do not know the fundamental narrative. I do not need to know.
I write about these things as my contribution to the @BitcoinLive1 collaborative service. Trial memberships are presently available for $97. That less than what you will lose on your next losing trade. You have everything to gain by giving BitcoinLive a trial here bitcoin.live/sale

When I started Coinbase, getting a bank to work with us at all was nearly impossible.
Now Citi is partnering with us to bring stablecoins to institutions.
We’ve come a long way from 2012. Thank you @Citi.
We're bringing stablecoins into the banking system with @Citi.
That means instant stablecoin acceptance for institutions - all on bank-grade, regulated infrastructure.
The next step for stablecoins becoming everyday money.

⭐ One of the most important skills in trading:
Knowing when your setup is invalidated vs. when price is simply continuing its normal structure.

🚨 September monthly candles close tomorrow:
A few things worth doing before October opens:
• Screenshot your monthly + weekly charts before the close. A month from now you'll be surprised how differently you remember the setup.
• Mark September's high, low, open and close. Those become objective reference points for October.
• Note any major level that was wicked through but reclaimed/lost into the close. That's often more useful than the wick itself.
• Check which assets made a new monthly high/low and which didn't. Relative strength/weakness becomes obvious when you compare them side by side.
• Look for monthly momentum divergences forming at major HTF levels. They develop slowly, but when they matter, they can matter for months.
• Review your September trades by setup, not P&L. A profitable bad trade is still a bad trade. A losing trade that followed your system isn't automatically a mistake.
• Write down your October invalidation levels now, before price action gives you a reason to rationalize moving them.
New month. New data. Fresh levels to work with.

A range is not dead price. It is where ownership changes.
Some traders are getting trapped. Others are quietly building or unloading positions. The market is doing work even when it looks like nothing is happening.
The middle usually tells you where price is.
The edges tell you who can defend.
That is where stops sit, false breaks form, and each side gets a real chance to prove control.
The next trend often begins inside the range long before the breakout makes it obvious.
Time inside a range can help build the next move, but time alone is not the edge.
The transfer of control is.

There are people out there right now actually wondering if this is bad that we paused here.
Drafting bear case tweets.
I am just buying more and more spot Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.
$HBAR bullish confirmation pending
HBAR is up nearly 40% from the white entry level I gave you last update
Great reaction
But this is where people usually get ahead of themselves
A move off the low is not the same thing as confirmation
On the micro, we’re sitting right at the level that matters
If this is our Wave 3, I want to see:
increasing volume
increasing momentum
a clean break of the base channel
If we get that, price should start carrying toward $0.11+
Then on one higher degree, I want to see a clean 5 off the low before we start hunting for the larger 3 wave retrace
That’s when the next real setup starts getting interesting
React first. Confirm second. Trade the structure.

This is my long-term chart of ethereum:native It implies an eventual move to 8,600 once 5,000 is handled
A claim of a "call" or simple presentation of a chart is NOT a trade
People who claim "trades" need to provide proof or else the claims are BS

🌟 Altcoin market looks convincingly bottomed
August 19th lows must be maintained across the board and many alts have higher invalidations
Look for bottoming structures I mentioned
Careful chasing pumps into resistance with leverage and getting shaken out before the big move
If you're looking at beat down altcoin charts and wanting them to bounce you basically want to see them still above Augusta 19th price action and not revisit that level
That needs to hold as a lower range and the spring out needs to maintain
$TAO and $NEAR are good examples of this
$UNI June 15th candle/lower range is also a good example of this, UNI is just a bit further ahead than some of these other alts.
