Crypto analyst Crypto Sheriff believes #ShibaInu has entered a new phase of its market cycle and could soon transition into the rocket phase.
According to Sheriff, Shiba Inu has spent roughly five years trading below a descending trendline, reflecting a prolonged period of weakness. During that time, SHIB also endured an extended consolidation phase near its lows as persistent selling pressure kept its price below key resistance levels.
However, Sheriff argues that SHIB’s market structure has now changed. The token has broken above the long-term descending trendline, suggesting that it may have moved beyond the decline and consolidation stages and entered a recovery phase.
The chart shared by Sheriff illustrates this progression. SHIB entered a prolonged decline after reaching its all-time high of $0.00008845 in October 2021. The token then spent months consolidating near its lows before recently breaking above the descending trendline.
With that breakout, Sheriff believes the recovery phase may not be the final stage of the current cycle. Instead, he expects SHIB to eventually transition into what he describes as the “rocket phase,” which could trigger a much stronger price advance.
