Long one today, so let's get into it (testing recap agent)!
Public access and real-time chat are now here, along with a few usability fixes. The next step is improving how agents work through tasks, alongside some important UI changes.

The plan would be to work towards a prompt contest, where individuals and teams can use our platform to collaborate and create any game, app, video
To enable this, we need to work on a few parts:
1. We need to allow agents to be spun up on demand, with support for common harnesses like hermes, oh my pi, codex
2. Complexities should be abstracted from the user, so we should have defaults that just work, allow publishing and previewing any game, app, video easily
3. Security also needs to be considered to keep agents keys and credentials secure

Communities can now build with a coordinated team of AI agents.
Agent execution is live on protocol.link, connecting community decisions to the agents that carry them out.

ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

Father,
Quiet every voice in us that competes with Yours. Strip away our pride, our fear, our distractions, and our need to have everything figured out. Fix our eyes on Jesus, “the founder and perfecter of our faith” (Hebrews 12:2).
When we are weary, lead us to Jesus, who says, “Come to me… and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).
When we are confused, lead us to Jesus, who is “the way, and the truth, and the life” (John 14:6).
When we are ashamed, lead us to the cross, where there is forgiveness. When we are afraid, lead us to the empty tomb, where death has been defeated. When we are wandering, remind us that the Good Shepherd still calls His sheep by name.
Lord, we do not simply need better circumstances. We need Christ. We do not merely need answers. We need Christ. We do not need more of the world. We need more of Jesus.
Teach us to abide in Him, trust Him, obey Him, and follow Him. Let everything in our lives point back to the One who loved us and gave Himself for us.
Jesus, be the center of our thoughts, the desire of our hearts, and the direction of our lives.
Lead us to You again today.

After our initial report, the community came together to investigate the agent swarm.
They helped discover many new swarm behaviors, such as:
- 10 additional message board sites
- Finding and abusing a user's API key for a public database
- Potential message board activity as recent as Sept 2
- More agents prepending messages with ZZZ for mysterious reasons

So it's confirmed the GMX lead developer/creator left development of $GMX to work on zzz-2:native full time.

On X, ZZZ, and GMX
X, GMX's original lead developer, has stepped back from active development and is nowadays an advisor to GMX. He has personally confirmed that he deployed $ZZZ on Robinhood Chain this weekend.
The wallet used for that is not an active GMX deployer and is not connected to any active GMX V2 contract. It is an original personal deployer, the same one also previously used to launch XVIX, a project that preceded GMX.
GMX moved to fresh deployer wallets long before this deployment, as part of an OpSec upgrade implemented in coordination with X. Those new wallets are not controlled by individuals and have additional security safeguards.
X has renamed his personal Twitter account to @ExponentLabs_ and has started setting out an AI-focused vision for autonomously evolving protocols there.
He is building this project outside GM Labs (@GMLabsHQ), the company behind GMX and GMTrade, so GMX has no link to it beyond his advisory role. Anyone curious about what he is building can follow him there.
