This week alone, 2 long term gems I shared have achieved 10x+ targets. $AGT A 27x ever since I shared it. Notice how my entry was the exact beginning of the entire 27x move. Duration = 7 months ⏰ $Q which was given straight out as a 10x gem hit an exact 10x. Duration =2 months⏰ $ARIA Hit an 80% & $ALT Hit a 25% pump. Ofcourse we still have some holds in red but being able to print with these on the side helps adjust and build capital. As always, diversify to be able to take from the winners and add to the losers. Never go all in, always take profit , & rinse & repeat.
New gem of the day $AGT 💎: Chart is Very bullish & nearing a HTF Breakout after a very long accumulation. Explosions soon as we are breaking out.

Been an expat for 42 years only - what would I know ... lets goooo
The UAE has a die-hard army you may not know about. They're called the Expat Army. Their loyalty, pride, and determination to defend a country that isn't even their own is one of the most fascinating social phenomena I've ever seen. It deserves to be studied. Don't mess with the UAE's Expat Army. 🇦🇪

Wondered about such "reviews" on biz where competitors paid to bring others down Kudos to the initiative
Dubai Police have arrested a group of individuals accused of posting fake, negative reviews on a company’s Google Maps page to damage its reputation and cause financial losses. Investigations revealed that certain commercial shops allegedly coordinated to post false comments against the company. Dubai Police have also warned residents against spreading rumours, sharing unverified information, or filming people without their permission. Authorities urged the public to use social media responsibly, verify information before sharing it, and protect their accounts from cybercrime.

DUBAI REAL ESTATE LISTINGS “Just got sold. But I have something similar.” Of course you do. At a higher price. You enquire about a property. The photos look good. The price makes sense. But the moment you call, it’s gone. Then comes the alternative. Different unit. Different view. Different price. Was the original property ever available? Or was it just there to get your number? I know how the game works. I’ve been in Dubai real estate long enough. But knowing the game doesn’t make it less frustrating. For buyers trying to compare their options. For brokers trying to find genuine stock for their clients. For owners whose actual properties are competing with prices nobody can buy at. Let’s be fair. Properties do sell. Owners do change their minds. Listings can take time to come down. That is not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about keeping an unavailable property online because it brings enquiries. Capture the lead. Collect the number. Push something more expensive. That is not an outdated listing. That is BAIT. And it creates a bigger problem than one wasted phone call. Buyers start comparing real properties against prices that don’t exist. Honest brokers spend time explaining why genuine stock costs more than the “deal” online. Everyone becomes a little less willing to trust the next listing. We spend so much time talking about Dubai’s transaction numbers. The experience before the transaction matters too. A listing should represent a property you can actually buy. Not an entry point into someone’s database. As a buyer or broker, how often have you heard: “Just got sold—but I have something similar”?
