There have been many “blank” “useless” “worthless” “empty” “nothing” coins before- and I think a lot of people didn’t bid sooner because of that without thinking about all of the circumstances and confluence here or the fact none had ever really *made it* and what would happen if one did. There were also many many Pepe’s prior to *the* Pepe. It’s an affirmation of value. Many people have thought a “useless” coin should thrive. And finally we might just have it. We’ve never seen one achieve astronomical heights or seen one reach escape velocity - so we haven’t ever seen the attention flywheel kick in before, but the value proposition if one should succeed, is massive imo. Imo this is the best iteration of this kind of meme yet, and it’s thrived in part due to the time and place, catalyzed by circumstances/chance. Now let’s see how wild things can get should fortune continue favor us. (I think it shall) Useless to resist it, doubt it, fade it. Dread it, run from it, destiny arrives all the same. Useless.
