One security tip.
When you buy a hardware wallet (or download a new software wallet), leave it for a couple of weeks before moving any meaningful amount of funds to it.
And follow the news in those weeks (and after), for hacks, etc. Hardware can be tempered with, software official website can be hacked. Self custody comes with extra responsibilities.
I wrote about this 6 gears ago here binance.com/en/blog/from-our…
Stay SAFU!
⚠️ Beware if you use a Ledger hardware wallet, especially if you bought one recently.
Based on information so far, it seems to be localized to a supply chain attack with one vendor. A small number of people probably bought fake (or tampered) Ledgers.
Ledger is one of the most secure and oldest hardware wallets in the industry. Stood the test of time. But these things happen.
I expect and know all BNB ecosystem players (and all industry) to help trace and recover the funds.

Ledger is investigating reports of loss of funds from users in South East Asia who purchased products from a reseller named CryptoBillis. As a precaution, and pending the results of our investigation, we have asked CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices. We recommend Ledger users who purchased from this reseller in the last 90 days to not initiate set up if you have not done so yet. If you have set up your Ledger device, consider moving assets to a new Ledger signer (with new seed). We will continue to inform customers of updates as the investigation progresses.

$Cake closing around $2.6 last month will make uptober very interesting.
My biggest flex that I never flex 💪
Privileged to have these accounts follow me never abused it, never monetised it, never will.
I remember the first time I got the follow and I plan on keeping them all ❤️
Binance, BNBChain and pancakeswap FTW
Some good news for us holders and great work by law enforcement 🙏
Second Batch of Fund Recovery
- 35,000 USDC recovered via Law Enforcement & MEXC
- Pro-rata by losses (min $10), in DAI to prevent re-theft
- Airdrop to BSC wallet by Sep 30
(Details on Discord)
This is likely the last. Evoq will wind down; channels close in 2 weeks. Thank you!

6 YEARS. ALWAYS COOKING. 🥞
Six years ago, we opened our doors with an idea. Today, PancakeSwap powers liquidity across multiple ecosystems, ranks among the most trusted names in DeFi, and remains one of the most active hubs in all of crypto.
→ $4.4T+ traded
→ 203M+ users
→ Billions in tokenized asset volume
→ 11 chains, live
And we're just getting started. The oven's on, and the next few months are one of the biggest stretches in PancakeSwap's history.
We've never been more bullish on what's ahead.

Why do some people think banks need to be scared of blockchain? or banks need protection?
Blockchain is faster, cheaper, and more easy to verify way of transferring value.
Blockchain is an open technology anyone can use, including banks. 🤷♂️
Always good to have someone like this on your corner.
Even if they are distributing your book for free illegally 😂
