It’s great to see the SEC proposing merit-based private market access in the US. This will be a huge step forward. For too long, only the richest people have had access to the private markets. Retail has been missing out. And over the last few years, companies have been incentivized to stay private longer (so retail has been missing out even more at best, or become exit liquidity at worst).

cirBTC is designed to help bring a blue-chip BTC collateral layer to onchain credit markets. Bitcoin has the depth and liquidity to support onchain lending, but collateral quality depends on more than the asset underneath. → Reserve integrity → Segregated custody → Redemption path → Onchain verification → Issuer incentives Well-defined collateral can support disciplined risk parameters, reliable liquidations, and deeper participation on both sides of a lending market. circle.com/blog/bitcoin-as-b…

Circle Current Session Recap: Why Banks Need Interoperability to Make Going Onchain Pay Off For banks, going onchain is only valuable if the new rails connect beyond a single chain, asset, or counterparty network. Without interoperability, the industry risks recreating the same fragmentation it set out to solve. → Chain and asset choices shape which markets a bank can serve → Stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and tokenized funds will likely coexist → Connective infrastructure needs trust, reach, and neutrality → Interoperability should sit alongside cost, security, and compliance in every onchain decision circle.com/current/why-banks…
