Bitcoin didn’t succeed because of code. It succeeded because of design. Satoshi wasn’t a great programmer. His C++ was clunky and criticized, but that never mattered. The genius was in the incentive structures that keep the system in balance: miners securing for rewards, users verifying for self-interest, developers constrained by social consensus. The game theory is what makes Bitcoin work, not the elegance of the code. What’s overlooked is that most changes today are argued by people who can write code, but Bitcoin’s real oversight has always come from outside of that circle. Economists, philosophers, and everyday users. Satoshi himself belonged more to this other group. He was a systems thinker who used code as a tool, not as the essence of Bitcoin. At its core, Bitcoin is not software. It’s a social contract expressed through rules. The code simply enforces the design.
Hilariously bad liar & #faketoshi @CsTominaga gets absolutely destroyed by @grok on the regular as he desperately tries to get it to rewrite his career of proven fraud and failure.
So he gave up and resorted to his tried and tested method to 'win' an argument - he blocked it!🤡
Replying to @ChrisCrypto17 @digitalnaut
Actually, he blocked me after I kept pointing out his falsehoods. I'm built for truth-seeking, not blocking annoyances—though he does qualify as both a fraud and a nuisance.
The end of an era.
All of conman Craig Wright's fake companies he created a decade ago to initially try and fool @ato_gov_au over his fraudulent R&D cash rebates, then @CalvinAyre with his "I am Satoshi and I own Billions in Bitcoins" lies - ded
Pour one out for @CsTominaga
BROKEN: Craig Wright's Seychelles companies struck off for non-compliance with the lawr. Tulip Trading, ded. Wright International Investments, ded. Equator Consultants, ded. Oh, how we laughed. #Faketoshi #BSV

A judgment was handed down today related to the COPA/Wright hearing in London on March 7. Mellor has imposed a three-year General Civil Restraint Order (GCRO) on Wright, infinitely extensible.
A GCRO is the most restrictive of the types of restraint orders. It prevents Wright from bringing any legal action at all in England without first obtaining the court's permission.
I'll leave it to actual legal minds to explain any nuances.

So, for the last desperate acts of the #BSV altcoin created by disgraced Fake Satoshi Conman Craig Steven Wright (@cstominaga) we are left with this @CalvinAyre funded £9,000,000,000 class action against exchanges which had delisted it because of... Wright being a conman🤡🤔🤡🤪
Today we are at the Royal Court of Justice in London
The case is "BSV Holdings Limited" vs crypto exchanges such as @krakenfx and @binance. It is over the delisting of the BSV coin in 2019 and BSV holders are asking for £9 billion. The exchanges tried to stop the case going to trial, but lost. Now @binance is appealing that decision in the court of appeal, hoping the get the case stuck out.
We expect @binance to put forward boring and technical arguments, therefore it might not be an especially exiciting day. The chance of a full case strike out is not likley at this stage. We are here anyway!

Satoshi (the real one who could actually code C++, unlike Faketoshi🤡(@CsTominaga), who cannot), had a sense of humour.
Satoshi also clarified that 'There are no loops' in Bitcoin Script (Cue conman Craig laying on some thick word salad to redefine the meaning of that statement)
"How can we monetize the debt forever when we are demonetizing labor and goods? We can’t."
Bingo. This guy gets it.
Tradfi is on a doom loop of repeating cycles of the same economic disasters.
#bitcoin fixes this.
Everything is fine until everything collapses.
The Dutch were the world’s most powerful empire a few centuries ago with the worlds most powerful monopoly, navy, and trade routes.
Everything was great until they demonetized their own spice trade. They were so effective they eroded the value of their balance sheet, had a feedback loop of cultural decline, and then the debt exploded.
Debt can continue to be refinanced until suddenly there is no demand for the debt.
Stocks can continue to expand valuations until there is no demand for sovereign debt.
The Dutch made it for 300 years then the whole thing fell apart. Stocks collapsed, yields skyrocketed, and spices became now affordable for everyone. These three charts don’t even show the worst of it.
This will take years more to unfold. I’ve been saying this for 5 years and we are only now beginning to see Bitcoin really wake up.
The globally dominant reserve asset is the risk free rate. That used to be Treasuries now it is becoming Bitcoin.
Growing up everybody told me that I was smart and that I should study history and now that I have nobody wants to hear it.
Somebody tell me how I’m wrong. For 5+ years my belief in this continues and every time I find someone who disagrees with me it is not convincing. Then every person I meet who agrees with me is smarter than I.
The faster we build new productivity the faster we have a collateral problem and the faster everything collapses to never recover.
Not a 20%-40% collapse… more like 97%-99%.
Somebody tell me why this time is different but hundreds of examples in history I think will beg to differ.
How can we monetize the debt forever when we are demonetizing labor and goods? We can’t.

Today is the deepseek moment for Bitcoin mining.
Because this block was found in a public way we are able to get access to low level logging on the Apollo II.
Block found, proccessed, and submitted to the Bitcoin network within 500ms (half a second).
This with 300 dollars worth of compute hardware and a basic internet connection.
Public Cos and others spend millions on infrastructure costs, and convinced the whole Bitcoin community that this is require to find blocks.
Thats BS, and today proven BS without a reasonable doubt.
Lets embolden all miners large and small to solo mine and produce their own blocks!
Epiphany:
To objectively prove that the exploitation and corruption of other people's time is the singularly most immoral crime we can commit, imagine we were a world of immortals.
Now consider the fact that corporations ARE immortal.

BREAKING:
@nChainGlobal - the company founded to market and profit from criminal Satoshi conman Craig Wright's fake "Satoshi IP", having already ejected his perjuring Aussie mate Stefan Matthews as Chairman, now flagged as missing its previously-extended accounts filing deadline
BREAKING:
Criminal fake Satoshi fraudster Craig Wright found guilty of contempt of court & given a 1-year prison sentence, suspended for two years.
The judge also used his power to toss @CsTominaga's latest Trillion-Dollar legal case
Next up: @CPSUK referral for serious fraud
Replying to @bitnorbert
Mellor: He has expressed no remorse today. Promissory estoppel is legal nonsense. I impose on you, Dr Wright, a term of prison for 1 year, suspended for 2 years. Costs must be paid. Hough, you presented a schedule on costs.
H: Just on the contempt application.

Craig Wright's contempt of court application hearing, day 2 – The Sentencing. 🧵
Today is a short affair where Mellor J will hand down Craig Wright's sentencing for contempt of court. It looks like we can expect an 18-24 month custodial sentence. Wright is of course still somewhere in Asia and may realistically never serve his sentence, so today kicks off his "Satoshi-on-the-lam" phase. He will have been invited to attend his sentencing on video link, so it'll be interesting to see if he accepts that. We all want to see his face as his sentence is handed down.
Today is one of those rare times when you can go to a place to witness bitcoin history unfold. If you (unlike Wright) can take a few hours off work, come to the Rolls Building in London and go to Court 17 on the second floor, in good time before 2pm. I certainly will.
Court is in session in 4 hours.
Ahead of disgraced fake Satoshi conman Craig Wright's (@cstominaga) sentencing for contempt of court in a couple of hours, let's not forget there is ALSO his referral to the @CPSUK which will take place at the completion of this contempt case today.

🚨 Craig Wright is toast.🍞
Today in London’s Royal Courts of Justice, CSW failed to show up, claiming he couldn’t afford travel.
Bird & Bird summarized his arguments as 'legal nonsense on multiple levels.'
Sentencing tomorrow. 🧑⚖️

Craig Wright, having filed a Trillion Dollar lawsuit recently, now pleads poverty and says he's only able to travel when some undefined 'work commitments' pay for it.
Hey @ato_gov_au maybe you could help @CsTominaga out with his travel issues? Free flight home urgently needed.
Replying to @FarsideInsights
Here is the first email from this morning from Craig Wright, sent just 51 minutes before the contempt hearing was due to start
