The older I get, the more I realise that sleep and general physical fitness are the true foundation for an optimal existence, it's no longer optional for me, it's the cornerstone.
When you're well rested, you think clearer, you make better decisions, you don't chase the cat, the entice it to you through cognitive coherence.
When you train your body in disciplines like running, you forge both physical and mental resilience which contribute to managing difficult and potentially detrimental situations with a calm assertiveness.
You can't do this when sleep deprived and operating on caffeine, sugar and dumb luck.
Have a think about your habits, your lifestyle and take a minute to consider how different it could be if you had better sleep and got into shape!
It's all hard but working on yourself makes everything else easier.

I mean, we've had a little blip on the $BTC charts that's started to correct itself while Gold has been flying off the shelves until the last couple of days.
But crucially, YTD Bitcoin is outperforming Gold by a solid 4.5%.
There's still some time to play but I'm putting my money where my mouth is and saying Bitcoin maintains it's position as the best performing of the 2 assets during 2025!
