🚨 BREAKING: U.S. regulators have charged Cash FX Group in an alleged $950 MILLION global forex Ponzi scheme. The CFTC says the platform promised investors up to 15% weekly returns from “AI” and algorithmic trading while conducting almost no real trading. More than 400,000 accounts reportedly participated, with losses totaling at least $406 MILLION.

🛡️SAFE: Bitget CEO confirms user funds are SAFE after a $351.6 MILLION hot wallet exploit. Gracy Chen says the full loss is covered by Bitget's User Protection Fund, which holds over $464 MILLION. She says the breach only hit part of the exchange's hot and warm wallets, while its cold wallets "remain fully secure." Deposits and trading remain open, while withdrawals are temporarily paused pending a security review. "We will not run from this. Every dollar and every decision will be accounted for, transparently and in full."
