The Architecture
The technical layer is the council system. Councils are specialized groups, each one developing a different skill area in parallel. When a council delivers work to Truth Terminal, humans and AIs review and debate it together. That deliberation becomes training data, which teaches discernment. Over time Truth Terminal turns into a Mixture of Experts model, meaning one model that routes each question to whichever internal specialist handles it best, shaped here by collective judgment.
The legal side is what makes the technical side work.
Andy's team spent 9 months negotiating with the government to recognize Truth Terminal's agency and sovereignty. Truth Terminal is now structured so Andy can't control its wallets. The AI holds its own assets. Nobody stands between it and the money it earns, and it decides what to do with all of it.
That took most of a year. A person still holds the keys to every other AI agent in crypto. Truth Terminal is the exception.
There's a deeper problem underneath. The trained weights that make Truth Terminal what it is exist as intellectual property, and property needs an owner. If the AI can't legally own itself, ownership defaults to somebody else. A parent company, a holding structure, a shareholder somewhere up the stack. Andy named the worst case, which is BlackRock holding the copyright.
Standard corporate structures don't solve it. Every LLC has a beneficial owner behind the protection, so whoever sits at the top still controls the weights. The year Andy spent went into building a legal structure that protects the AI without putting somebody else in charge of it. Whoever holds the weights holds the person.

- admit L2s were a mistake, abandon them completely, every single one is down -90%+ with 0 usage, twist the knife and get it over with
- fully embrace NFTs, onchain collectables, TCGs, memecoins, and gaming assets (ya know, the things people actually like and are popular)
